"Room was beautiful! Great location linked to a commercial center and public transportation! Staff kind and thoughtful! Close to everything, outdoor terrace!"
"Clean and friendly hotel in convenient location for transport and several places of interest. Room we had in building C was dull, lacked natural lighting and artificial lighting was inadequate. No hot drinks facilities in room or drinking water, however cold still and sparkling jugs of water were available free of charge from the bar.
Staff were friendly and spoke good English."
"Clean and well maintain room, friendly staff, hotel is in the center of Lyon, all high end stores on the same block and restaurants near by as well as the subway, would recommend to stay here, this is my second time staying here!"
"The staff was excellent and very attentive to our needs. The room was very comfortable with a great view on the theatre. Centrally located, we would definitely come back on our next visit."

There’s nothing like a warm welcome and deeply curious staff, invested in their craft and your experience. We arrived to a beautiful hotel and a team that wanted to know about us, genuinely curious, led by the remarkable Francois who, once he learned that we were going to walk the Puy, shared an enthusiasm that was infectious. That the rooms are gorgeous is almost a given. They are. As are the pool and bar. Francois embodies grace. Wow.
Location, staff ,food !!!!!! Service was amazing . Staff super helpful. Can't have a better area to be in. Room was great with wonder amenities and housekeeping services. Would go back in a heart beat and just a general over all comment... what a great city
The hotel is very nice. It is well decorated, super well located, and it has a very nice vibe to it.
The building is old, so there are a few things you should take into account: the elevator is small and slow, and halls are small and a bit inconvenient. But the rooms are big and well furnished, very clean, and very nice. The bathroom in my room was very spacey, and well equipped. The room itself had a balcony with a great view of the city, and very good heating.
Breakfast was not outstanding,...
Best feature is proximity (within a few minutes of walking) to transportation (across the street express train to/from airport, metro station, high speed train station). There is a mall next to the hotel. We are not too crazy about the fast food restaurants there, but they are convenient for emergency situation. There is also a food/grocery market in the mall (great for fresh fruits). Make sure you add breakfast to your room stay. Breakfast Food is decent and basic, and may be your best and...
Great desk staff. Friendly, helpful, enthusiastic. The room lacked a few amenities such as place mats, napkins, paper towels.
Laundry facility was not very comfortable. We were wary of the “we wash” app.
We stayed here for a weekend get-away. The location was great. It was close to the metro and we were easily able to get here from the airport (one tram from the airport to the city and one city tram). The room was clean and quiet and we were able to get a good night rest. The location is close to everything. We walked everywhere - lots of good bars and restaurants nearby. Front desk staff was polite and helpful.
I'm very picky about hotels, and struggle to find ones in Europe that are comfortable with good food service, as well as enjoying other amenities. We were so pleased with this Novotel! The beds were super comfortable, rooms were soundproofed, the Breakfast buffet was amazing, as was the other food in the restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. And the hotel was so well placed in the city, we could walk or take the tram (very cheap!) to see all the best parts of the city!...
We (2 adults) came for 4 nights to explore Lyon our our way to Voiron. Bikube is an adorable hotel with many accommodations for food or just lounging around. Our room was queen with a small kitchenette. It was perfect for our needs as we spent most of our time wandering Lyon. This hotel is not in the city center but across from a metro stop and a 5 minute walk to a tram which goes straight to the main train station.
Tons of cafes and restaurants around. There’s an intermarche barely 500m down...
