No hot drinks facilities in room or drinking water, however cold still and sparkling jugs of water were available free of charge from the bar.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location with easy walking access to all major touristic sites, cafes, and restaurants. Highly recommend getting a superior room with the River view. We had a very pleasant stay & enjoyed talking to friendly & helpful staff. It’s also close to the St Paul Train station. There’s nothing like a warm welcome and deeply curious staff, invested in their craft and your experience. We arrived to a beautiful hotel and a team that wanted to know about us, genuinely curious, led by the remarkable Francois who, once he learned that we were going to walk the Puy, shared an enthusiasm that was infectious. That the rooms are gorgeous is almost a given. They are. As are the pool and bar. Francois embodies grace. Wow.

this hotel was very modern with a very comfortable bed. The staff was helpful for the most part. The only drawback was that our room had 2 levels with stairs between the sleeping are and the bathroom. You had to really watch your step especially at night. Great location, only a few blocks from the metro station and the tramway stopped 1/2 block away.

An ideal hotel in the heart of Lyon. Room was large enough for 2 people and very comfortable. The staff were attentive to our requests. The hotel has a resto in the premises and good eatery options around it. Tram is close by too.
The Hotel is walkable from the trainstation. It was nice and clean. I liked the old feel. The staff was nice and helpful. You can get anywhere from here.
The hotel is very nice. It is well decorated, super well located, and it has a very nice vibe to it.
The building is old, so there are a few things you should take into account: the elevator is small and slow, and halls are small and a bit inconvenient. But the rooms are big and well furnished, very clean, and very nice. The bathroom in my room was very spacey, and well equipped. The room itself had a balcony with a great view of the city, and very good heating.

Everything was great! Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff helpful and breakfast was delicious. I wish there was more counter top space in bathroom but that is a minor issue
