No hot drinks facilities in room or drinking water, however cold still and sparkling jugs of water were available free of charge from the bar.

There’s nothing like a warm welcome and deeply curious staff, invested in their craft and your experience. We arrived to a beautiful hotel and a team that wanted to know about us, genuinely curious, led by the remarkable Francois who, once he learned that we were going to walk the Puy, shared an enthusiasm that was infectious. That the rooms are gorgeous is almost a given. They are. As are the pool and bar. Francois embodies grace. Wow.
Beautiful hotel, fabulous rooms, the staff was very helpful, the only minor issue is there was no lift. The stair case is beautiful, well lit, and the staff was happy to help with the bags.
The hotel is very nice. It is well decorated, super well located, and it has a very nice vibe to it.
The building is old, so there are a few things you should take into account: the elevator is small and slow, and halls are small and a bit inconvenient. But the rooms are big and well furnished, very clean, and very nice. The bathroom in my room was very spacey, and well equipped. The room itself had a balcony with a great view of the city, and very good heating.

Great desk staff. Friendly, helpful, enthusiastic. The room lacked a few amenities such as place mats, napkins, paper towels.
Laundry facility was not very comfortable. We were wary of the “we wash” app.
Absolutely perfect. The staff was exceptionally warn and welcoming, the rooms spacious and warm, the hotel was beautiful and the location perfect for seeing Lyon.
When we return we will definitely rebook.
All the staff were just so incredibly friendly and helpful! And I mean everybody from front desk to the housekeeping.
The hotel location is perfect, a short 5 minute walk to all the beautiful shopping and so.much more.
The rates are very fair given you get a big super comfy bed and a relatively big room.
I would absolutely stay again and would recommend to anyone.

Very nice, clean, modern hotel. Excellent location in centre of Lyon, two steps away from a major pedestrian street, short walk to subway and most tourist attractions. 15 min walk to Vieux Lyon, 25 min walk to Gare Part Deux. Lots of shopping and eating places nearby. Hotel seems to be recently renovated, very modern looking rooms and bathrooms. Room size is typical for French hotels. Very friendly and helpful staff. Didn't eat at the hotel, can't comment on that, but lots of options nearby.
