The resort is so nice! Private beach right behind it, not even a minute walk to get there. Beautiful room with very helpful staff. Clean room with everything you need. Highly recommended, and it's close to the action in downtown Sarasota. Can't wait to go back.

This is by far the most spacious and clean hotel room I have ever stayed in. Very comfortable and welcoming. The staff was fabulous. The pool area was very nice we really enjoyed the heated salt water pool. Der Dutchman restaurant was conveniently located (a 1-2 minute walk) and had delicious food. We will definitely stay here again! 😊

Wonderful stay for so many reasons. The comfortable spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, rooftop pool and bar combined with the helpful staff all makes this the best value in Sarasota!

I enjoyed all the amenities, especially the pool and fitness center. They were all high quality and conveniently located in the same area/floor. Staff was very friendly. The views from our room were great and the property was very clean. Would definity stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay & loved the location on the beach just a five minute drive to his Downtown Historic Port Charlotte where there are restaurants shops etc. Super cute area!

Me and the rest of my family had a great long week stay. We ate breakfast which was nice and convenient. One of the night we had gotten into the hotel and need some extra pillows and towels and a staff member at the front desk was always there to help. Whenever me and my family need a hotel to stay in this will be our go to.

What a beautiful beach resort!! We completely enjoyed our stay at Zota Beach Resort. The entire staff delivers great service. Our room was wonderful and the bed and pillows very comfortable. The pool is heated and we could swim no matter the temperature outside. Pool and beach service-available for drinks and food. The food was so delicious!! The staff work so hard so you can enjoy your vacation. And there are fun extras like Cornhole, a ping pong table outside, a large chess game, Connect Four...

The check in staff was wonderful and accommodating The hotel was in a close location to the beach and easy to find good restaurants

Absolutely the cutest place that we have ever stayed at!!! We arrived at dusk to tiki torches lighting the path, our room was wonderful and spacious, the bikes were a perfect way to get to dinner and we loved all of the seating areas on the property. 20/10 recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!!

Advertised hot full breakfast is not happening due to Covid. It would have been nice to know that beforehand.

Just married the day we checked in and i was in contact with the hotel to do something special and they came thru in a big way. A room upgrade to a suite and a charcuterie board with bottle of champagne waiting on us when we checked in. Thank you Ramada staff for making our time special.

I have to say that the location was great , its near everything you will need such as a grocery store, walgreens for an unexpected cold(which I got), restaurants and 10min drive from seista beach(which is a phenomenal beach). The staff were very helpful and nice.The breakfast was pretty good.The room was very warming and welcoming.yes they did have a/c window units but ours was not loud . The kitchen was equipped with about everything you would need to make a meal.The bedroom was comfortable...

The room was very comfortable and clean. Checking in was a breeze. The kitchenette is perfect for cooking and just enough space for two people. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. Very home-like feeling. The room was a very nice stroll away from Siesta Key beach which is so lovely. There is a heated pool which was very nice when it was windy outside. All in all, it is a great place to stay for a relaxing time. Small grocery, restaurant and bar all in walking distance.

Captive Beach Resort is a beautiful tropical hotel. Very private and quiet surroundings. I spoke with Drew upon checking out letting him know as a travel agent I will be certain to book Captiva with my customers looking for a lovely well maintained hotel right on the beach. Drew said the unit we had stayed in would soon be updated. I let him know it was perfect as is not even a speck of dust. We will be staying here again.
