"The property was easy to access and had a spacious main bedroom and bathroom. There was a small supermarket near by and a short walk to the metro station for transport into Madrid or elsewhere. We stayed as a family of four and the main issue was the apartment didn’t have sufficient crockery, cutlery or glassware for four people. It meant that we had booked the apartment intending to cook and eat but couldn’t do this - we had to share bowls and spoons for cereal in the morning. It is great...

"Started badly. Self check in, but no prior reminder to do this. Stuck on the street for 40 minutes. Phone not answered, eventually made contact by Whatsapp. The property itself is basic, but clean and comfortable, good value. An excellent concept, but the customer service backup should improve. Hotels.com was useless! Tried for ages to reach a live agent, to no avail."

"Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They held our luggage until we could check in. The duplex room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Hotel was conveniently in walking distance of multiple restaurants. Good breakfast and coffee options."

"Check-in was fast and courteous. The room was spacious, well appointed and very clean. Drinks in the hotel bar were reasonably priced and the service was good. I chose this hotel for its loction close to Atlético de Madrid's Metropolitano Stadium, which was a very easy walk to the game, taking about 20 minutes. Suanzes metro station was around a 10 minute walk away and had me in Gran Via in around 20-25 minutes."

"Quiet area which was refreshibg after the pack of tourists all over madrid. Staff were excellent. Hard working staff Rooms very clean . Excellent sleep blackout curtains no noise from street no real noise from others in hotel About a 20 minute train ride to opera train station same line. Similar to and from airprort but need to change twice trains ."
