Excellent sleep blackout curtains no noise from street no real noise from others in hotel About a 20 minute train ride to opera train station same line. Similar to and from airprort but need to change twice trains ."

"Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They held our luggage until we could check in. The duplex room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Hotel was conveniently in walking distance of multiple restaurants. Good breakfast and coffee options."

"It is a comfortable hotel. Very clean and has most amenities. Friendly staff. Parking for a price. Breakfast was decent, served on the table. 25 min from Madrid city center mans 12 minutes from the airport. "

"Started badly. Self check in, but no prior reminder to do this. Stuck on the street for 40 minutes. Phone not answered, eventually made contact by Whatsapp. The property itself is basic, but clean and comfortable, good value. An excellent concept, but the customer service backup should improve. Hotels.com was useless! Tried for ages to reach a live agent, to no avail."

"The property was easy to access and had a spacious main bedroom and bathroom. There was a small supermarket near by and a short walk to the metro station for transport into Madrid or elsewhere. We stayed as a family of four and the main issue was the apartment didn’t have sufficient crockery, cutlery or glassware for four people. It meant that we had booked the apartment intending to cook and eat but couldn’t do this - we had to share bowls and spoons for cereal in the morning. It is great...

"Large hotel close to the airport and handy for visiting aircraft maintenance facilities in the local area. Room was clean and well laid out, the breakfast hall mis huge with a good selection of hot and cold food to choose from. The bar does reasonable food for a reasonable price if you're late arriving as we were. Will use again if going back to Madrid for work."
