I will grade this hotel based on a 2 star hotel. The lady that runs the hotel was amazing. She took me to park my car in an offsite secured lot and brought me a cooked to order breakfast and coffee to my room. The hotel is not new and fancy but it was quiet and clean.
This is a great hotel and the staff is amazing. The location is perfect for tourists, because all tours meet at the Plaza de Armas—which is where it’s located. There is a nice restaurant, pool, and the rooms have big comfy beds and pillows. My room had a big tub and hot water, the only downside was the shower had minimal pressure, so baths were the only options. Laundry service is cheap and turn around happened the next day. And finally, the breakfasts were absolutely exceptional! Thank you...

The property is very well kept, and it is comfortable, but the best asset is their customer service crew. The front desk managers were very attentive and kind,also the restaurant was amazing and the level of care and support just amazing!!
Very close to the Gran Chimu coliseum, excellent location for national event of Marinera. Breakfast restaurant in front , the best prices in the city. Very secure and great staff .thanks
I love this hotel is Wonderful and the personal is very kind,the food is delicious and Huanchaco is an amazing place. The hotel is perfecto you have the pool, a beautiful green area and the beach really near. Is a perfect hotel to stay with the family and friends. YOu have a barbecue also to spend a good time with the family. The people that works there are very kind and helped me with the tours. I strongly recommended!
