We loved our stay! A couple suggestions: we stayed ocean-front and our balcony door looked like it had been through hell (it needs wood work done to secure it when closed), and parking is the same cost whether you self-park or do valet (we weren't told this and walked multiple times daily across the street for the SAME PRICE!). We really loved the location. The pier was across the street. Great food options that were also walking distance. Room was okay. Beds are on the firm side and pillows were very thin/flat and only 3 per bed. Overall, we would stay here again for the location.

Plunge Resort was a great place to stay! We really recommend this to anyone. Be aware of the $44 daily resort fee and $25 daily parking fee.

After my flight was delayed 6 hours, I was worried that I would not make it to the hotel in time to check in (3 am) . However when I called and said that I was going to be late, the front desk clerk was more than accomodating and stayed past her shift to make sure that I was able to check in safely and efficiently. My husband and I just sold our house and needed a place to stay until our new house was ready. We were both pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very clean and nice. The staff very polite and helpful. They even allowed our dogs to stay so we didn't have to board them at an animal hospital.

My wife and i were visiting from Las Vegas and had stayed at several other 5 star beach front resorts for 4 times the price per night before we stumbled upon Sun Tower Hotel & Suites. There isn’t much of a night life around the area but it is still a great location being across the street from the beach and pier. Staff is very friendly and courteous.

We are at Ocean 2000 for dinner and it was delicious. It was kind of expensive but was worth every penny. Service was great from start to finish.
