"We had a great stay at the Franklin. It was a beautiful property and the design was well thought out. Great location and staff was kind and welcoming. Loved that they had beach chairs to use too! Will definitely be back."
"Our stay at the vineyard square hotel was enjoyable. All the staff were helpful and the lady ( sorry did not get her name) on reception in the afternoon was so nice.
The room was clean and had everything you needed."
"Thank you so much to the wonderful staff for helping us with our room needs, especially Hannah! We appreciate your kindness more than you know! Can’t wait to go back!!"

If you can't wait to get to the beach, you might enjoy a trip to South Beach located 2.8 mi (4.5 km) from central Edgartown. Enjoy the sunset by the shore at Katama Beach, Lighthouse Beach, and Edgartown Beach.
Fresh, clean, fun, and comfortable! Easy to access- we had two rooms - bathrooms are cute! Bedrooms nice and beds comfy, living area and kitchenette downstairs very charming! Sat outside as well.
We had a great stay!! The rooms were so cozy and the location is perfect. The lighthouse is so close by! Great dinning near by! Can't wait to go back!!
We lived the hotel - the room was small but it was spotless and the bathroom was a decent size. We loved the location and the porch where you could enjoy a cocktail or coffee rocking away on a summer night.

The Inn is wonderful and very convenient to town, a short walk to restaurants and shops.
The house was built in 1860, and it maintains a lot of old Vineyard charm.
Fred is a very welcoming host, and the morning coffee is great.
The room was bioth charming and very comfortable.
I highly recommend the Ashley Inn.
Summer camp is superior. Super friendly, accommodating, and welcoming staff, one of the most conveniently located hotels on island, super clean overall, upbeat and modern lobby/lounge area, well decorated and furnished rooms with useful amenities, & an excellent ocean view from our room! The front porch right on the harbor was one of our favorite features! I could go on & on, if you are going to stay in Oak Bluffs STAY AT SUMMERCAMP!!
10/10 experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
What a perfect spot, view is heavenly! lobby is homey with fireplace. bar has beautiful view(very loud waiter) excellent cocktails. room was spotless, soft linens, good mattress, view from balcony of lighthouse, lots of windows, large tv. We were lucky to get room in main hotel.
My boyfriend and I had the best overnight at the Madison Inn. The room that we booked was small, but still so comfortable and cute and it was in a really convenient location in the center of Oak Bluffs. Staff was so friendly and awesome. Amazing amenities. Def recommending this place to all of my friends! Looking forward to staying again.
Jamie and Dallas were so helpful in finding places to visit, eat and tour. They even entertained us with a wine tasting. It really made our 22nd Anniversary so much more special.
A very Beautiful location. They had a lovely flower garden! It was October so the pool was closed. The breakfast included in the price was yummy. We ate dinner at their restaurant and the food was delicious. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was was friendly and helpful. There was no coffee maker or microwave oven in the room but you could make coffee in the lobby.
My husband and I loved our stay at the antiques-filled Palmer House Inn. We were able to easily walk to the active Main Street and had our choice of excellent restaurants and gift shops to browse. We also walked to the beach (mostly sandy, but with many sharp rocks as you enter the water), rented bikes and rode to a lighthouse, and enjoyed the delicious breakfasts while sitting on the porch in the cooler weather. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone heading to Cape Cod.
My friend and I spent 4 nights in this beautiful bed and breakfast. The property is conveniently located on Route 28 in Falmouth. Not only is the house on a bike trail, but you are allowed to use the bikes for free, even to take to the Vinyard, a 40 minute ride by ferry. We went over twice using the Queen Authority first from Falmouth and the Steamship Authority from Woods Hole the next. The Steamship was cheaper and better. But there are really nice beaches nearby. Woods Hole is nearby where...
Gorgeous property right out of the gate from the area where you enter and check-in merging with the space to sit by the fireplace then the beautiful, rustic tavern and stunning event space in addition to the lovely, updated and spacious room just yards away for our overnight stay! Very friendly and kind staff as well!
Could not be more impressed and pleased with our stay. Perfect balance of rustic, old Cape Cod charm and modern amenities. Superb!
