"Everything is so spread out. I had hoped access to everything was easier to get to from our room. The kids liked the pool but got bored easily. Wish there was a small slide and hot tub just for parents. Something to sit in while watching kids play. Or even a quick soak at night. Bus to Universal was nice. Did not utilize anything else just due to how spread out everything was. "

"Check in was a nightmare. Waited from 3pm to 8pm before we got into our room. Manager never got back to me. Water park slides were closed. Not notified before booking. Hotel was dated and ran as such. The TLC at this place just doesnt seem to exist anymore. Rooms were not clean and felt like an old motel room. Flooring, carpets and interiors felt dirty, dingy and cold. The food was pricy and not great. I expected better. I had really hoped it would be a better experience bc it was so nice to have all the amenities all on one place but we were disappointed. "

"We stayed during a Summit cheer event so the hotel was very busy and loud. The elevators had wet floors and our hallway was a bit messy with food outside the room doors. We did not use any amenities since we were only there to sleep but the pool area looked very nice. The Market had a nice selection of toiletries and drink/snack options. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful."
