"The property is in a good location but was very run down and dirty. The curtains in our room were shredded, the top bolt on the door was broken in our room, and the whole hotel was very dirty. The staff was friendly but it did not outweigh all of the other issues. If I could have backed out at check in I would have. Never again!"

"I was looking forward to this stay. I thought The Line would be cool and edgy. It is not. The linens were clean, but that is the best I can say. Everything else is cheap-looking. The price is high for everything. The food wait staff are high or perhaps just ill-mannered. The bell-person was very nice, but he was also the front desk clerk. I felt like I wasted a lot of money. I do feel that this hotel and many of its employees are doing their part to keep Austin weird. :("

"Check in process was terribly. Very unhelpful staff. Parking was confusing and very beyond expensive. Workout room was smothering hot and not all of the machines worked and the floor was dirty. Very disappointing stay."

"The hand towels were stained with another guest's make up. Totally gross. no blanket in the room. Was told by front desk person that had i reserved a suite, it would have come with a blanket. Train your people Hilton...really?? It's the customer's fault?? The noise level at this hotel is completely unacceptable. Lastly, the beds and pillows are terrible. Had staff been trained properly, he would have simply apologized and offered us breakfast, which I would have declined. "
