"Place was a complete mess. Under construction and there was dirt dust, drywall crap everywhere. Continental breakfast area was closed. I certainly should have been notified of this. No towels in our room. Brien stains on bed sheets. Horrible horrible experience. I will never stay here again. Counter staff personnel seemed acceptable that I’d be very upset. They knew no customer was going to be happy but the bed sheets is not acceptable Horrible hotel"

"The property is clean and in a safe location. The staff were all totally lovely. Parking was easy. However, beds are very firm, as in hard. And I wouldn’t call the pillows pillows. If a comfortable pillow is something you need for sleeping, bring your own if you can. Street noise was definitely an issue. We did have an outside room which I’m sure plays into that. Upon arrival, there was a very bad smell on our floor, but it was taken care of."

"I thought our room was nice for the price. Plenty of room and you can hear the ocean from the room. The pool was heated. All staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. They even gave everyone popsicles by the pool. Bands played during the day and the beach is right there. I will definitely be back."

"Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Had minor issue with lock on balcony door but this issue was resolved very quickly y the maintenance man Eddie, who was very helpful and kind. Valet parking was included in the resort fee., which was very convenient. On the Friday night there was a band playing called Mix Tapes Kids which were excellent a great show right in the outside restaurant. Breakfast was good, freshly made omelettes were very good. Only negative was the lifts which were really slow, luckily we were on 4th floor so could use the stairs most of the time."

"We had a great stay. We weren’t sure by the first look at the property, but it turned out the rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff was helpful, the pool kid-friendly and the location is great: a short walk to the beach and the pier; the beach is a great spot to see the rocket launches! And the property is a short convenient drive from the NASA KSC. Restaurants within a walking distance."

"The room itself was clean enough and the bed was comfortable. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was not great but ok. The hotel itself is not being maintained. The elevator was not working so we had to take the stairs. This wasn’t a problem but it seemed to fit the lack of overall care for the facility. The carpets on the stairs and the hallways are very worn with stains and imbedded dirt that creates an unpleasant smell. It seemed that the cost we paid did not match the quality of the hotel. We would not choose to stay here again."
