Very convenient clean hotel for traveling. The room was clean and the staff was nice

The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were excellent and more comfortable than my own at home! Management was great! Extremely satisfied with stay and would highly recommend!

This apartment hotel was fantastic, exactly as promised and shown in the photos. Everything including the kitchen was very well appointed. Something I really liked was the restaurant suggestion book. We added a couple of great places to eat.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent. I would like to suggest if you are going to only allow one change of towels during a 3 night stay you at least have better po towels that aren't so small so we don't have to use our bath towel for the pool as well. That was very very annoying.

One of the nicest reasonably priced, places i have stayed. Full fridge, table and chairs, comfortable bed and very clean. Breakfast was hot and satisfying. First time i have seen spinach quiche at a hotel.

Asked my last name when arriving. I stated my last name, she immediately said Ms. Angela R***? Wow! Room was very clean and the restaurant was beyond what I expected. I have worked in food service for 40 years, you know I looked. LOL Not a crumb or nasty anywhere. Even the young lady taking care of the area was nice and very clean. WOW! Loved the hotel. This was the best experience I had with any hotel. The room was very roomy and comfortable. I travel a lot but I have never used Comfort Suites and was very impressed. I wi use Comfort Suites again. The young man that checked us in was very helpful. Best customer service I have seen in a while. Thank y’all for the Amazing Stay.

The only thing that I had a problem with was that stay over rooms are only cleaned every other day and we were not informed when we checked in what days it was to be cleaned other than that everything was fine

Breakfeat pretty basic for a hotel. Floor was never vacuumed during my stay of a month

The staff at the desk (John) was very friendly and helpful and even into the next morning. The room was clean and up to date. Nice there is an actual thermostat on the wall to use. Plus shampoo, lotion, conditioner and hand soap on walls and in shower to use, instead of having tiny bottles, etc. Housekeeping were friendly and helpful, it was also a quiet sleep and room darkening blinds. We stayed at Candlewood Suites Waco for our trip to Magnolia Market. The hotel is new - fresh and clean - and well equipped. We had a microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and kitchen area in addition to our room. They have movies and games that you can rent for no charge. Located 1 min off Hwy 35, convenient to everything. Could have used some conditioner for our hair, but no biggie. They have a workout room and an outdoor pool also.

Great location and the staff was so nice! I will definitely be back in a need another hotel in Waco!
