This hotel is located towards the end of the main road where all the action happens, however we need it a quiet hotel with a pool for our children. The hotel has recently opened up so it is basically brand new and they're doing a few final touches. It has an underground parking garage, a beautiful pool and greenery around it. Booked for Dec 19. Elements Tulum wasnt available due to construction delay. At first i was a little worried, But they had an even better B Plan for me at a near by sister property Palms Tulum. Rooms were large and spacious at the palms and better suited for my family. They refunded me one night stay which was perfect. The hotel staff is awesome. Luis, Cyril, Emilliano and there were some lovely ladies there but i cannot remember their names. They also spoke english to varying degrees. But...

Husband & I had a great time staying here, staff was very hospitable & kind! The hotel was conveniently located & loved the ambience of all the plants, flowers & traditional Mexican decor. The included breakfast & restaurant was truly a surprise perk, every meal we ate was amazingly delicious & made with quality ingredients. Muchos gracias to Mestizo Galleria & the staff!

Playa Esperanza is the perfect place to unwind, it’s super ideal for a couples getaway or honeymoon. All the staff is super nice and helpful. The only downside for me, it’s that not all of their rooms have AC, they’re an eco friendly hotel and there is no fridge, iron or hair dryer, and they shut the power for a couple of hours as they are running on generators. But I love that they care about the environment!

This hotel has wonderful access to the beach and beach club. Sunrise is perfect and breakfast at the restaurant is included. The hotel staff, specifically Diana and Abril, were so helpful and arranged a snorkeling excursion for us. We liked that the beach club closes early (6pm) so that the area is quiet at night and not a loud party spot. Truly a paradise!

My husband and I chose Layla Tulum for our 1st year marriage anniversary. We’ve done all inclusive a number of times, each time we vacation actually and wanted this trip to be more intimate. Layla Tulum exceeded our expectations! It’s such a small charming hotel, with breath taking decor. We had a wonderful time at the Biwa Tulum! They did a two bedroom full kitchen unit I was perfect everything was super clean! Cannot say enough about the staff!!! They were all so friendly and helpful! The location is perfect for downtown Tulum walking distance to so many bars restaurants! Will definitely stay here again!

Kai is stunning! This is a this is a great hotel, if you would like a peaceful place to rest and reflect, swim and enjoy the Playa Paraiso. This is not the right hotel if you want to go to different bars and restaurants every night. You can take a cab into town, but it is not that close and not worth it in my opinion. My wife and I had a wonderful three night retreat here. We were looking for somewhere quiet, where we could sit by the ocean and read and chill. This was perfect. The service was great and everything on the menu was delicious. We walked to the Mezzanine for Thai food one night, which was great! Beautiful stay! The hotel has 11 rooms and they were amazing. I love how they were decorated, water pressure in the shower was perfect and the pool area is so nice. We stayed 3 nights and it was very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in Tulum.

This is one of the most relaxing, beautiful, peaceful trips I’ve ever been on. This property is so gorgeous - the smells, the sounds, the food - everything was so amazing. I cannot wait to come back!! Everyone there was so helpful and kind, they are able to get a taxi quickly for you and more. Tulum changed me, and I have Una Vida to thank for that.
