This hotel is located towards the end of the main road where all the action happens, however we need it a quiet hotel with a pool for our children. The hotel has recently opened up so it is basically brand new and they're doing a few final touches. It has an underground parking garage, a beautiful pool and greenery around it. Husband & I had a great time staying here, staff was very hospitable & kind! The hotel was conveniently located & loved the ambience of all the plants, flowers & traditional Mexican decor. Booked for Dec 19. Elements Tulum wasnt available due to construction delay. At first i was a little worried, But they had an even better B Plan for me at a near by sister property Palms Tulum. Rooms were large and spacious at the palms and better suited for my family. They refunded me one night stay which was perfect. The hotel staff is awesome. Kai is stunning! This is a this is a great hotel, if you would like a peaceful place to rest and reflect, swim and enjoy the Playa Paraiso. This is not the right hotel if you want to go to different bars and restaurants every night. You can take a cab into town, but it is not that close and not worth it in my opinion. Playa Esperanza is the perfect place to unwind, it’s super ideal for a couples getaway or honeymoon. All the staff is super nice and helpful. The only downside for me, it’s that not all of their rooms have AC, they’re an eco friendly hotel and there is no fridge, iron or hair dryer, and they shut the power for a couple of hours as they are running on generators. But I love that they care about the environment!

Small property organized and well kept. Nice balcony over looking pool, decent restaurants the chicken dinner was bomb. My only complaint is the spa prices are very high and I’m speaking as a massage therapist. But it’s what hotel spas charge. Great stay overall close to everything.

My husband & me stayed at this property for 4 days & everything was amazing, the service, the area, lots of restaurants & stores near by. our room was so beautiful & the patio was lovely. Will definitely recommend it

We had a wonderful time at the Biwa Tulum! They did a two bedroom full kitchen unit I was perfect everything was super clean! Cannot say enough about the staff!!! They were all so friendly and helpful! The location is perfect for downtown Tulum walking distance to so many bars restaurants! Will definitely stay here again!
