"The rooms were great, breakfast and drinks maybe not super good but what makes a stay totally worthwhile is the staff. Salome was just super helpful as all others. No big deal changing a room or keeping our bags."

If you want to stay in a modernized hotel with charm, outside of the crowds of Old Town it’s a great choice. Breakfast was ok but not very impressive. Is a good choice if you could get it at a sale price, otherwise, it can be pricey."

Rooms are very clean, tidy, housekeeping staff is excellent as are the folk at the reception. The rooms are family friendly too. "Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and had everything I needed. Water filters on each floor were appreciated. Breakfast was decent. Good location - it was close to the event I was attending but also to easy walk (or taxi) into the city centre. Overall everything was as I expected or better! I would recommend."

I booked this hotel based on ratings on Expedia and Tripadvisor. When I arrived, I was greeted with drinks and a tour of the hotel, as well as a detail introduction of attractions and activities in Prague. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on a hill that looks down on the picturesque view of old town Prague. From the hotel, most attractions are within 20-30 min walking distance. Food is excellent in the hotel and worth the price, although you have many choices...
This was a nice hotel with decent size rooms. Staff were nice and friendly. They daily breakfast buffet was also nice. The only thing I didn NOT like about this hotel was the fact that there is a casino attached to the main entrance of the hotel. The smell of cigarettes is pretty obvious and annoying. It even smells like cigarettes inside the hotel's elevator that is on the same side as the casino.
Loved the breakfast. Best one in the entire 2 weeks we spent throughout Czesky. Nice to have parking for our car, yet a tram was right out front to ride it into downtown. Room was great. I would stay here again.
This is a wonderful hotel. The breakfast was amazing, The rooms/beds were really comfortable. The AC was quiet. The location ended up being perfect for our stay and just a short Uber ride to Old Town. It was a lovely place to return to after a long day of sightseeing. We highly recommend it.

The hotel is in a great location that is easily accessible to many landmarks. Staff is courteous and very professional. Room was immaculate and housekeeping was great. I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. Excellent hotel.

Loved staying here. It added to the genuine historical feel of the city. Clean room, big bathroom, great breakfast. Walkable to new town and old town within 20 mins. I walked to Prague Castle in an hour. Very quiet area and close to several restaurants and pubs.
An absolutely beautiful and wonderful hotel. From location, to staff, bedroom (we received an upgrade to one of the apartments) and breakfast, including everything else in between, simply fantastic!! We’ll be back for sure!
Excellent location right next to the Chalfes bridge which connects the Prague castle to the old town- so you can walk left or right and be close to all the main attractions. Even though the bridge itself can be filled with tourists, the hotel is in a nice quiet spot. Definitely recommend to stay here ..
