Great hotel if you're visiting the towns south of Fresno. It's about 20 minutes away from Fresno. Close to freeway and walking distance to fast food places in Kingsburg. Very clean and modern hotel. Very family friendly.

Spent the night to attend a wedding which was convenient to the wedding venue. Great location, close to stores and restaurants. However, at check-in, the agent was rude and unpleasant.

We had a suite and it was excellent- spacious, had all amenities like fridge, microwave etc in excellent condition, was a clean room and very friendly staff. The hotel is very conveniently located for those who want to visit Kings Canyon National Park. Also has a good selection of restaurants nearby.

Easy check in process, room was great ! Room 14 the Queen Suite has a lot of room , cool skylight above the bed and was insulated very well. If you like the historic hotel experience I highly recommend it. Idk why people say the hot water doesn’t work, it was boiling hot the moment we turned it on. No issues at all to complain about (:

We've stayed here before so we arrived knowing what to expect. This is a moderately priced motel with recently remodeled rooms. It's 20 minutes off the 198/Visalia. For those who love wine or fruit it is perfectly located among the many small towns. We have family in Orange Cove, which is why we already knew about this little gem. The place was very clean, the staff was friendlily and helpful. They had continental breakfast buffet which saved us time to travel to our next destination. Parking was well lighted; we arrived late at night. There was a sitting area next to the gated pool to relax after a long drive. The room was well decorated, and they had a table top digital clock which helped us to tell time without turning on our bright phones to wake up everyone. I only stayed for one night but it was a very pleasant night. Everything in the room felt and looked new. Instant hot water and perfect pressure in the shower. The bed was super comfortable and the blackout shades were amazing.

This hotel stay was great. The room (2 doubles) was spacious. The amenities were as described, clean, great breakfast. Easy proximity to downtown. Kids loved the pool. It met my expectations in all areas and exceeded them in others! That's really a compliment as most times I feel let down when I make reservations based on on-line descriptions and/or with no personal recommendation. I would easily return if I need to visit Fresno again.

I visit Fresno 3-4 times a year and the night before I fly back, I always stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is comfortable so I am able to get my rest before my early flight. The shuttle driver always gets me to the airport by 3:45 and helps me with my bags. Highly recommend.

Rooms were clean and sound proof. The hotel was full with various childrens athletic teams, but id never known they were there if i hadnt seen them in hotel lobby
