"Excellent hotel, very clean and good location if driving. Free parking included and took about 20 minutes to drive to the airport. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food excellent. Close to metro station to travel in to the centre. Spa facilities were excellent and offers great sport massage. Would stay here again"

"After spending one night at a "horror hotel" upon arrival, we were able to book our group into the Best Western Plus Olives City Hotel. This was the right move - we were three adults and two kids, and the "two-room apartment" they had on the 7th floor was perfect, and an added bonus of a hotel parking and an indoor pool made our lives easier for the duration of the stay. Breakfast was good too! Recommend!"

Excellent location for the airport, right next door to the mall, friendly staff, one of the best and cleanest hotels Ive stayed in. The only downside was the package, I went for the Free Minibar.. and this had only 1 bottle of water, small juice and a soda water.... not really a mini bar package..
Was charged 40 Euros for parking eventhough reservation stated Free Parking.

My trip was amazing! Everything the hotel offers: perfect location, very clean, new interior and facilities, outstanding service in all details, very friendly staff, luxury car transportation from/to the airport, a fitness facility, underground garage, bunch of excellent bars and restaurants around 3 to 8 minutes away (I would mention Grozd, Shtastlivetza, Chef's Live, Arbat). It is located in 5 - 10 minutes walk from the main touristic, historic, architectural and administrative focal points...

I stayed seven nights. Didn't regret any one of those nights.
The hotel is easily accessible from the main Vitosha Blvd - it's just a 2 min walk. With had issues with our airlines: our luggage was missing so we couldn't charge the cellphone as the charger was in the bag. When we came to our room on the third floor, we had a little surprise - Niky hotel has the iPhone and android phone charger in their rooms. The manager also handled the luggage delivery from the airport on our behalf, so we did not need to deal with it. Employees are smiling, they speak...
Location is amazing … staff are helpful and nice … AC was good and very suitable for the price … breakfast was over priced for the variety … and since most times I used to go down around 10 many items were not present … otherwise everything was perfect
The lovely gentleman at the front escorted us to our room, and we had a welcome gift of cake! The view was breathtaking and the panorama restaurant on top of the hotel is both delicious and has another beautiful view of Sofia. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel.
Walking distance to city center; good location for other tours; front desk and cleaning staff excellent; nice breakfast. We stayed 5 days and would be back!
Very nice lobby, friendly staff very helpfull with recommendations , free wi-fi . Rooms are clean and great view. Close to metro station and in the heart of Sofia. Only 10-15 min drive to the airport
