"We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We especially appreciated its colonial character, the abundance of plants and flowers throughout the property, and the courtesy extended to us by both the owners and the staff. Our ground-floor room was consistently spotless and welcoming. Each day, staff carefully tidied the room, replenished towels and toiletries, and ensured everything was in order. We spent time daily in the garden, enjoying the quiet, listening to the birds and other wildlife, and admiring the flowers. Discovering the koi fish in the front garden was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. What truly distinguished our stay, however, was the genuine care and attention shown by the owners and their staff. They offered thoughtful and practical advice on what to see and do in Pátzcuaro, including recommendations for restaurants and local entertainment. We felt well looked after throughout our visit and would happily return."

"Exceptionally clean. Receptionist Adriana generously provided bus and combi info, and suggestions of places to visit. Owner Alma made me rice and eggs when I was very sick. Excellent location near the Plz. Principal, the mercado, and public transit. There’s even a small tianguis twice a week at the Plz. San Francisco, in front of the Posada. Hotel guests may use the kitchen. The avian mascot, Coti, always amused."
