Very nice hotel with popcorn at arrival. Location was very nice near the outlet. I do love the tiny shampoo bottles, but they are a waste of plastic. They had larger bottles in the shower so less waste. Missed breakfast because we left too early to get back on the road.

Our stay was wonderful thou we could’ve benefit from thicker covers. My husband likes to keep the rooms freezing cold.

Absolute coolest hotel in New Braunfels. Wonderful stay. Room was cozy, but comfortable and charming. Can't say enough good things about the staff. Great location for downtown. If you're looking for a really cool place to stay, this is it. Will definitely be back.

I stay at Hampton Inns or Hilton Garden Inn when I absolutely need a good nights sleep. Their mattresses and pilows are the best that I have found. Their staffs and front desk accomodations are very nice as well. The standard design rooms are little undersized for the price versus the newer room designs offered by Hampton.

The hotel was conveniently located near the highway and several restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean. The desk clerk was nice; however, if you are unfamiliar with people of his ethnicity, his demeanor could be mistaken for rude. He was not rude.

We love hampton inn. Theres always fresh coffee. Everyone is always nice and sheets and towels are clean

Great hotel, but on expedia it said it had free breakfast, They did not and I told them it said on the interent and they said" Well not today". That was one reason I stayed there. Never ate and didnt have food in our stomach until 3:00 that day. Unhappy about that, out in the country for the day.

Our check in was super easy and friendly, the room was very clean and full of convenient items such as glasses, utensils, coffee, and a dishwasher! There are several restaurants, a coffee house, and bars all walking distance away. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with friendly and very helpful service. There are other restaurants, an H-E-B, and anything you’d need within a mile away. The fitness center and pool area was well kept and maintained. The only thing I wish they had was a hot...

Sharing the details I look for in reviews. Water pressure: a step above good. Room amenities: comfy couch, fridge, outlets next to bed. Cleanliness: I didn’t get the ick other than in the restroom because it smelled like old pee. Beds were clean, towels were crisp, couch was clean. No mildew smell anywhere (sometimes showers stink or you can smell wet rag) Overall, we loved it and will absolutely be back at some point. The property is beautiful.
