Hotels in District IX

We have spent 4 days in this hotel and must say that it was wonderful in all aspects of an hotel. Having spent in past a lot in hotels worldwide, this is an outstanding hotel, with a unique concept having an excellent service starting from location continuing with room, breakfast, afternoon wine and cheese reception, SPA, cleanness and exceptional friendly staff.

Nice, unique and well managed property. We enjoyed our room and were happily surprised by the variety quality and quantity of breakfast foods! From scrambled eggs with cheese to hummus, fresh fruits, sausage, bacon and pastries. All served with espresso or coffee and prosecco if you choose. Staff arranged our taxi back to the airport and had a bagged breakfast prepared for the trip. Many lovely complimentary items including wine at check in and nespresso and tea. We left a phone in the taxi...

Clean overall and very friendly and helpful staff.

Reception staff was very friendly, cleaners also, rooms were very tidy and clean, breakfast amazing with lots of healthy and non healthy choices! Everything was perfect. 9/10 thanks!

This is the best hostel I’ve stayed at throughout my euro trip. 10/10 recommend.

Clean, cute, and easy access to everything you want to see via foot and train. Imre, the host is the most lovely, kind man. He is very communicative, accommodating, and has advice if you want. Please be aware it is a private residence, guest house, not a hotel. Highly recommend staying here.

Balconies were very nice to have. Glass showers take a bit to get used to, but they are nice.

Located across the street from the famous Medical University it seems to be mostly used by students and their families. Semmelweis has a lot of foreign students so I guess having a hotel this close makes sense. Probably the best value in south Pest. Be aware however that the rooms DO NOT HAVE A TELEVISION! Which is fine by me since I don't go to Pest to watch TV anyway.

A great place. Nice area. Good service. Only issue was that our TV didn’t work. They offered us a different room, but we were already unpacked and settled. Still a great stay.

A friend and former employee of the hotel suggested staying at the Corvin Hotel Budapest and I was not disappointed! The location was set back one street from the main road making it quiet and safe feeling. Tram as well restaurants and grocery stores were very close and easily accessible. Metro was a few minutes longer direct walk. The airport bus was a direct10 minutes walk as well. (Roughly $6.50 and direct, which is unbeatable!) The hotel Corvin was great itself with nice sized rooms and air...

Really great place. It has a bicycling theme everywhere--in the lobby, in the breakfast room, in the lamp fixtures and painted on the walls--but it's not unpleasant. Even on the ceiling above the bed: a simple bicycle wheel with a motto to help you get up and get moving! Even without this, it is a really good hotel, with a great staff!

The apartment was so very modern & beautiful and was beyond what we could have expected! The communication truly was awesome as we had a weather delay that made us late for the airport pickup and they helped us get picked up and into our apartment! Please consider this apartment and building should you be thinking of coming to Budapest! It is a lively neighborhood with lots of restaurants and you can get anywhere in the city from this location. There is a convenience store across the street...

In Budapest for three short days. So glad we found Hotel Sissi. Great value for a great price. Very clean. Good location. Breakfast was filling with a lot of variety for any guest. Would highly recommend.

It was a great mid-price hotel. In my experience the Aero hotels are focused on people who aren’t focused so much on their room as much as they are the city they’re in. I needed a comfortable, clean, safe room, which is exactly what I got, plus a balcony. I’d almost call my room comfortable utilitarian. They’ve done away with a bunch of the extras you’ll find in the hotels where people want to stay in them a fair amount as part of their trip. There’s no lotion and mini soap (liquid soap on the...

great location great breakfast and friendly staff. im happy with the choice and price

The room and bathroom are very big. The facilities are pretty new and modern. Staffs are really helpful. Right across the underground station and right next to the bus station. Would recommend definitely!
