The Staff! Out all the 64 countries I’ve visited and all the hotels, this place had the kindest, most helpful, down to earth staff I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. I honestly considered them friends when I left. One even did a portrait of my cat!
The Breakfast!
This was carefully curated and better than most 5 star hotels could do. If we ever had to stay somewhere else because they were booked we would still go there for the breakfast. It had that home cooked vibe for sure.

This hotel is the perfect spot in Tbilisi because it is conveniently located at walking distance from all the spots, including the street above it with all the great restaurants (up and to the left, go until you see people eating). The staff were all extremely kind and helpful!
The head doorman Hovhannes was extremely helpful from the moment I arrived. Also the lady at the reception desk, whose name I unfortunately did not catch, was great and demonstrated excellent hospitality.

This hotel is an excellent choice for a centrally located, clean and quiet guest house. It is situated within the central plaza of a square block of residential apartment houses - classic Soviet style. I call it a “guest house” because while it is renovated and comfortable, it is not a traditional hotel like those in the US or Northern Europe.
