My husband was ill and they got a doctor within an hour and meds delivered within another 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend if want to be in Heliopolis and close to airport. It is much less frantic than Cairo."

"Fabulous hotel - clean, modern and beautifully decorated. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our suite was huge for a family of 4. Separate bathroom, dressing room with laundry, small kitchen with full appliances, huge picture window out to Cairo and very comfortable beds. We had everything we needed. Hotel staff in the restaurants were also very helpful and service, while a little slow, was good. We dined for breakfast, lunch and dinner at 2 different restaurants over our 4 day stay."
