"This is a great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff who make you feel welcome. We highly recommend this hotel in Kyoto.
We especially want to thank E. Fujii, who helped us a lot when my husband became ill."
"We loved this hotel and their amenities, such as the communal foot bath and beverage station! The location was great, very close to a metro station and various good restaurants. Their breakfast buffet was also very delicious. It was a good balance of Japanese and western dishes."
"Excellent experience, as always. A modern, comfortable, clean hotel, tranquil and few frills, which is really nice. Room has everything you need. Staff is attentive and excellent, very professional and friendly."

The NEST at Nishiki is both a new and an exceptional property. The rooms were spotless and functional, the staff was extremely attentive, and the location was just perfect--steps from the Nishiki Market and the Gion district. Yet the single most outstanding feature of the NEST at Nishiki is its manager, Ms. Chie Nakamura. She is professional, knowledgeable, a top-notch hotelier, and a wonderful person. This hotel is a reflection of its manager. ありがとうございました.
This hotel is fabulous. The rooms are stylish and the location could not be better. It is right next to a subway station and an easy trip from Kyoto station. The breakfast is tasty with many choices. The rooms are a little on the small side for Americans...we are from New York City so pretty typical for NYC standards. Would 100% stay here again. Five star for food, design, location, and service.
Most amazing space, room, location, and food. 10/10 would recommend. Had more than enough room to spread out, relax, and not feel cramped at all. Location to the main train station was also a plus, and the restaurant in the hotel was amazing.
Excellent location and very comfortable room. We had a party of 3 and a spacious corner triple room that had space for all 3 of our bags to be opened. The beds, pillows and blankets were super comfortable. The bathroom was modern and also roomy counter for all of our "stuff" The location was superb! Easy to walk to Gion, Market, Shopping and Takashinaya department store which was connected to hotel by a sky bridge! The concierge went above and beyond helping us with dinner reservations and...
Staying at this hotel was definitely a highlight of our trip. The location is unbeatable—right across from Kyoto Station, but as soon as you step inside, it's like entering another world. It's so peaceful that you'd never guess you were just steps from the hustle and bustle of the station.
The rooms were sleek, comfortable, and had a modern vibe. The bathroom was fantastic too—really added to the whole luxurious feel.
The staff were incredibly friendly. And get this, they even had a robot...
I loved my stay at the Royal Park hotel. The location was perfect, walkable to many stores restaurants and train stations. The room was bigger than other ones I’ve stayed in so that was a plus. Can’t recommend it enough :)
This was such a cute little quaint hotel! The breakfast is the only thing I don’t think is worth it, especially considering it’s so close to many restaurants that you can just walk 10-12 minutes to the Nishiki market or the Terramachi market.
It was great. I would definitely stay there again. The rooms were very clean with very comfortable beds and pillows. The location is excellent as it is on a quiet street, yet walking distance to all the best eateries and markets.
Overall, a great stay in Kyoto for tourists: convenient location; friendly service and ample ammenities; high quality breakfast buffet; and spacious & comfortable room. Would highly recommend!
The hotel is very nice and the staff is incredible, but the location is not the best. Everything is about 20 min walk, which doesn’t seem much, but it is because google maps thinks we all walk fast. Hotel is super clean and beautiful
