"We had a great time and a positive experience in general. The location of the hotel is perfect - close to the beach and the main strip. At the same time it's in the quiet more family-oriented part of the resort and it was quiet at night. The food was quite nice as well and there were beer, drinks and ice-cream/snacks throughout the day.
The negatives - this is not a 4 star hotel. It looks and feels more like a 3* hotel. On the balcony there were rust spots and bird poo which was not cleaned....
"We loved our stay at Umani Hotel! Spent 5 nights there and had such a good holiday. We loved spending time at the swimming pool with our two kids, going the nearby beach and exploring the surroundings like the Konstantin & Elena town. All good but the staff was not trained to inform all discounts on the property which could saved us unnecessary expenses but the the guest service lady diductrd all our missed discount from our final bill.
Second consecutive (2025) stay at Ibis Golden Sands - excellent amenities and rooms. Breakfast buffet is high quality and variety. This is a top choice due to its proximity to beach and other areas of interest. Also, very professional and attentive staff - will book again.
The hotel is brand new and gives you a boutique feeling. We had a trouble with the room, but they compensate us with free drinks which comforted us.
The dinner and the service was beyond good.
The breakfast wasn’t the best experience because half of the things weren’t available at 09:30 (breakfast is till 10:30), but what we had it was great taste.
The beach is 5 minutes walking and it’s fine.
The umbrellas on the beach needs to be better.

I went there with my mother and my grandmother. My grandmother has difficulties walking, so it was crucial for the hotel to be close to the beach. This one is less than five minutes away from the beach and just next to the main street, so excellent location.
We also had full board and the food was excellent. There was always plenty of food and a great variety of dishes. They always had something traditional Bulgarian.
On the down side, the hotel is quite old and the rooms are rather small....
Beautiful Bulgaria.... who knew? One of our best vacations ever! Melia Grand is just that..Grand! we upgraded to level guest, well worth it. There is nothing negative I can say about the hotel or staff, all were wonderful! Will definitely use Melia in the future.

We arrived for three nights and following a surprising stay, we decided to change plans and stay 2 more nights!!!
And all this, I must mention important details: the hotel is externally beautiful and inviting, the public areas are clean and well-maintained, the rooms require renovation (old furniture and many other details that require maintenance), but the cleanliness of the rooms is exceptional and the maid service is excellent and attentive to every request.

We started with the left foot. Management stepped up and made our stay, a wonderful one! We couldn’t be happier and more delighted. People st this property is what makes the place a wonderful one!
It was a nice family vacation. We were in on of the luxury apts and it was very nice. The breakfast was included, and we enjoyed the pool also. The only problem with the room was that the water was not running in the bathtub; however, the other shower was working. I would recommend this place no matter what.
