"It was an okay stay. I don't understand how it is a 4-star hotel. It barely makes the cut for a 3-star, let alone 4. Everything was extremely average. Food was a bit above average, and the restaurant was clean. The whole 3rd floor smelt like cigarettes, and our bedsheets and blankets did too."

The hotel is perfectly placed well back from the main road, just out of the very central area and it's easy to get anywhere from there. The rooms are big and spacious and the beds and linens were extremely comfortable. A great rooftop swimming pool with views of the city and lots of restaurants very close by, including good ones in the hotel itself
The O by Tamara is a beautiful property very close to the Lulu Mall. The entrance was beautiful and front desk very helpful. The rooms are immaculate and the bathroom facilities are very good. No bathtub but the shower was very nice.
Food is excellent and I have to make special mention of Robin TS the F&B Manager who went out of his way to ensure that I have meal reservations each day to accommodate my busy meeting schedules.

Firstly, I need to give positive feedback about one of the receptionists Ms. Anu (unfortunately I don't know her full name. she gave me her name in short), very professional and exceptional customer service. She would go out of her ways to assist.She is one of the reasons to make my hotel stay comfortable and pleasant, meeting all my requests in the best way possible. about the hotel: The hotel is 15-20 mins away from the city but the hotel staffs can arrange a rickshaw for you..would cost...
Very close to everything in town clean and nice. The only thing I did not like was that in the shower the curtain was too small but rest all everything was excellent give feedback to Property staff about this
I was personally welcomed by Mr. Rajneesh Bhatt and Ms. Winona Gopal Das who offered their assistance. I am impressed by their cordiality and professionalism.
On may 26th, we wete supposed to ck in at 3pm, but after a simple request, they accomodated us at 9am with a charge ofcourse. That was awesome.
The staff at the front desk, Mr. Nizam ( operations manager ), the restaurant staff, Ajit & Manish went above & beyond their duties to make sure we are doing good & comfy. Vivanta is truly blessed to have these beautiful people as their staff. They need help, please see they get the help. Thank you for a very comfy stay.

Nice, clean room and hotel, very close to the Padmanaba swamy temple (0.5 km walking).
Only complaint: No restaurant in the hotel.
Breakfast starts only at 8:00, we left before that.
The staff was extraordinary and gave us a great deal of assistance and effort. We felt very cared for. Shyam was invaluable in his care and assistance in navigating a new culture for us. An incredible employee in the breadth of his knowledge and his willingness to answer every question.
1. We had to spend a few hours before going to the airport and this was a perfect spot.
2. Driving-in is a little misleading as you hit a dead end on the ocean and a narrow left takes you to wide parking lot. Perfect location.
3. The land lady and staff are very nice. Room is very functional. Ocean view terrace is very useful specially when friends visit.
4. Complementary 24 hr drop to either airport is too good.

I stayed for 4 days. Didn’t get a chance to dine-in, so not sure of the restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s walking distance from the city center and all its attractions. There are some nice restaurants nearby. It’s easy to catch an auto from the front of the hotel. The location is slightly sketchy.
