My wife and I stayed one night at the motel and thought it was great. Very stylish and clean. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of surfaces for us to spread out and also to eat food we had brought. We arrived much later than expected, but Harry was extremely welcoming anyway. I had sprained my ankle on a hike that afternoon, and Harry was so thoughtful and genuinely concerned about me. If we’re ever in Nelson again, we definitely will stay with him.

Clean, helpful. Nice location. I recommend the property.

Easy check in . Impeccable customer service. Clean room.

Very comfortable bed. Spacious room,

Wonderful place. Clean and comfortable. Easy check-in. We used the washer and dryer with great satisfaction. Highly recommend.

Very nice accommodation close to downtown and movie theatre - delicious dinner riverside at the hotel restaurant. Parking was a little tight, street spots are available. Shower was AMAZING! Great water pressure. FYI : there is no elevator to the second floor if this is an important requirement for your travel, make sure you request a ground floor room.

The reception and continual help with any of our questions was excellent! Definitely would stay there again!!

All went well!

Fraser, the owner, was most helpful on what to see in Nelson. He pointed me to The Center of New Zealand. An upward climb to the top but well worth the views. There's onsite laundry, which was most helpful.

My husband and I spent 3 nights at this Quest hotel in a 1 bedroom apartment during our trip to Nelson this Spring. Everything here felt practically brand new - carpeting, fixtures were modern and nice, really comfortable bed, nice kitchen, bathroom, and laundry in room. Definitely worth the price we paid for the upgraded room. It was in a great location for access to tons of restaurants, cafes, shops, and Christ Church, and just a small walk to the marina. We'd definitely stay here again if...

Spacious, clean, everything we could possibly need. Great location. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely bed and breakfast, and the two owners (Mark and John) are amazing hosts, that do everything to ensure you have a great experience. Highly recommended!

Kiwis are known for being neat and clean The Palms Motel excelled by being both beautiful and clean motel. The reception people were charming. We had a second floor room which had a balcony with a table and chairs (nice view of the pool). As always in NZ were provided with fresh milk for coffee an enjoyable Kiwi tradition. Nice kitchenette wish we could have stayed a week. Our whole Nelson experience has us interested in returning for an extensive tour of the South Island. Breathtakingly...

Clean

My booking was made last minute as a result of trip cancellations. It was easy as my wife made the booking online from the US. I was greeted by Zara in reception and she was very friendly and helped me obtain the map of the Wakapuaki cemetery where I was hoping to find my oldest brother who died when he was 11 months old. I was successful! The room was clean and had the necessary condiments etc. I would highly recommend the Beachcomber especially because of the staff but also the proximity to...

Great view from all levels of the property. Apartment in excellent condition. Would recommend for an extended stay.
