Hotels in Remera

This is one of the best small hotels I haver ever stayed at over the last 20 years in Africa. Great staff giving very friendly and helpful service, simple and very clean, pleasant rooms and hotel areas, swimmig pool, small bar area, reading/sitting room etc. With a pleasant breakfast, pool and "laundry service" all inclusive in the room price it is great value for money. Its not a five star luxury hotel ut read the above and you will see its a great place to stay on a very comfortable budget.

Been here a few times and enjoyed. Great staff. Good internet and breakfast.

The staff was friendly an exceptional. The stay overall was excellent. I would repeat. The dinner service was particularly slow.

We enjoyed our stay. The facility was exceptionally clean while the concierge was very helpful.

It was a goid stay overall and i had my birthday on 30th April. My friends liked the place and would come back in the future

The staff are excellent and food wonderful!

A comfortable hotel with a nice pool and bar in the garden area. The staff were friendly.

Clean room and friendly staff.

The staff was really accomodating. This was my first time to Rwanda, and I was here for a business trip. They were patient and answered any and all questions I had. The only few minor critiques I had were related to the lack of variety of food available. Luckily there are a lot of cool restaurants in Kigali. The other problem was the business center not operating fully. We couldn't print anything, and had to contract outside for this service. Again not a big deal, and they were working to fix...

Excellent

Great room, great story taff members

My room here was HUGE by all standards. A simple yet comfortable bed and reasonably quiet grounds made my stay here pleasant and super comfortable. I actually miss my time here and look forward to returning. The kitchen does have early hours so be prepared to eat an early dinner. I really appreciate the staff accommodating my desire for early breakfast and found it amazing that they really looked out for me with making sure I had breakfast everyday during my stay. The location being just...

Helpful staff, very attentive plus the location is great. I enjoyed my stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Manor. It is not often I get to visit Rwanda but I enjoy it throughly ever time I go. The breakfast omlette is delicious as well as the coffee. We also enjoyed the Chinese food at Silk very much, we also asked the chef to make some traditional Rwandan food and that too was super yum. The staff is sweet and caring, a real compliment to the culture. To write one complaint I wish that the hotel would of been closer to the heart of town (but just a 20min ride...
