This hotel was better than I expected, In addition to clean room and great service, the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I was impressed with the security detail as well since the hotel is located in a very crowded commercial area. The hotel has an excellent restaurant attached to it. Overall, great experience, would recommend to any one who travels to Bangalore.

I loved the dental location and such next level customer service

Good value for money- small rooms, but clean and modern with a great view. Staff let me do a late checkout, which was nice, but reception was hard to reach from the room.

The staff at the Ritz Carlton make it special for the guests. From the time you check in until the time you leave, the staff do an outstanding job. The reception staff welcome you with a smile. Shaiju in the fitness facility kept me healthy and fit by taking a personal interest and training me on strength training. Great location in the heart of the city

This was, by far, our best experience at a hotel in India. Friendly, courteous service, buffet was expansive and delicious. Location was perfect as it was central to various friends and relatives. Restaurants were nearby. Ubers were easy to get. We will definitely return.

My husband and my whole family stayed here for three days and night. The staff was extremely accommodating especially since I have an invalid mother-in-law. This is a very secure hotel. Room service, comfort and their food are excellent with one exception specifically at the Bengaluru location. An amazing place to stay. Close to the airport. Check-in was smooth and the front desk explained all the benefits i had with my booking. Both Mahesh and Pulkit were very professional.
