This hotel was better than I expected, In addition to clean room and great service, the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I was impressed with the security detail as well since the hotel is located in a very crowded commercial area. The hotel has an excellent restaurant attached to it. Overall, great experience, would recommend to any one who travels to Bangalore.

The staff at the Ritz Carlton make it special for the guests. From the time you check in until the time you leave, the staff do an outstanding job. The reception staff welcome you with a smile. Shaiju in the fitness facility kept me healthy and fit by taking a personal interest and training me on strength training. During my travels to India I have stayed at the Vivanta Taj hotels, not just in Bengaluru, but in other Indian cities as well. Room service, comfort and their food are excellent with one exception specifically at the Bengaluru location. When you order complimentary fruits (advertised in the room), make sure you call room service service at least a few times. Good value for money- small rooms, but clean and modern with a great view. Staff let me do a late checkout, which was nice, but reception was hard to reach from the room.

If your travels take you to Whitefield you cannot go wrong staying here. It's an upscale property with outstanding customer service. The breakfast buffet is quite good as well. The hotel staff goes out of their way to please. There is a shopping mall next door with several good restaurants (Nandos and BarBQ Nation are quite good) and a large supermarket downstairs.

I stayed in three hotels in Bangalore, I have no single complain about this one.
