"Can’t fault our few days at the Kingsley! Right on the river Lee, only a 30 minute walk into town and if you take the river walk passed UCC it’s gone in no time, stunning.
The hotel staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. The food was great and the fresh honeycomb from their own bees with some lovely treacle bread, cannot be missed.
A really lovely stay and next time we’re in Cork we know exactly where we’re going to be staying."
"Weather was good. Room was very clean, Staff are very friendly, lovely and well trained. Nice buffet breakfast and the bar staff were good. We had a wonderful stay with my family."
"What a beautiful hotel. 5 minute walk to Blarney Castle, next door to the Woolen Mills, staff are so friendly, bar and restaurant staff and food are fantastic. Authentic Irish breakfast, highly recommended!"
"I have stayed in many amazing hotels but this is the top of the list. The staff, property and amenities were second to none. Words don't express how welcoming the staff is. The entire property was immaculate. IF you are ever in Cork this is the only place to stay"
"Charming historic hotel near all the Cork attractions. A local we spoke to described it as “the nicest hotel in Cork” and I have to agree. The front desk is very focused on ensuring guests have a wonderful stay. Definitely recommend if your travels bring you to this part of Ireland."
"Excellent position, close to everything, friendly staff, spotless rooms. Walking distance to Cork Kent railway station. Perfect base in Cork centre and good value for the quality. Would return in a heartbeat."
"This is a lovely old hotel right in the middle of Cork. It was very convenient for walking to many attractions within the city with lots of dining options available close by.
The breakfast was very good and certainly worth the extra to book it.
I would recommend checking with the parking attendant to make sure you use the right car park (if driving) as there are a few along the St Patrick Quay. This was very handy for the hotel."
"Lovely new trendy hotel in a great location. Very cool rooftop bar and restaurant. Building work going on around the hotel currently causing some disruption for dropping off bags etc but otherwise a great place to stay. Next to the station so very convenient for getting to Cobh and elsewhere."

The room was spacious and the amenities lovely. I urge you to experience the spa. I only had time for a massage, but the combination specials they offer seem to be a great value. The massage was well done and much needed. I felt great afterward. I was also in love with the heated indoor pool the shape of a long Lima bean - all 4 ft. deep. We had dinner at the hotel, which was quaint and played quirky 80's music. My only recommendation and disappointment was the sole (fish) dinner. The...
This was probably one of my favorite hotels in Ireland. I loved the easy parking for our cars, the rooms, amenities, and the bar. The staff there are all top notch, the hotel itself is lovely, and the location is wonderful. It seemed very quiet there. The only issue is coffee. If in-room coffee suits you, then no issues for you. But if you want good coffee at the hotel it's $20 room service, or the $60/pp breakfast. Fortunately Depeche coffee is 5 minutes walk down the way - just be aware that...
This hotel is beautiful, the reception staff wonderful, the rooms tiny but very nice. Our complaint was with the restaurant and bar. We went to the restaurant to have a drink. They asked if we had a reservation, we said no. They directed us to the bar. Again here at the bar they asked if we had a reservation. We said no. They referred us to the restaurant. We stated that the restaurant directed us to the bar. They didn’t want to seat us. We told them we’d sit across the hall in the...
We were so impressed with this hotel. Not only is it absolutely beautiful on the inside, with all its high end finishes, but the staff was incredible. My husband asked the front desk if they had an extra adapter, and they said they would look and let us know. 20 minutes later, a staff member came to our door with one in new packaging saying they couldn’t find one, but a staff member ran out to the store to buy one so that my husband didn’t have to venture out. Really above and beyond.
Super convenient, central location for Cork City. Excellent price for a room, comfy bed (and I’m PICKY!), great little breakfast cafe next to the hotel. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.
The staff, hotel and amenities were fabulous. We rented an apartment would highly recommend cooking facilities (not that I did any of that on holiday) full size fridge, washing machine etc. The apartment was really great.
One very important thing I need to make traveler’s aware of if driving yourself and not part of a tour. Ignore the sat nav directions it tells you to take lovers walk to the hotel do not do it what a nightmare. This road is only made for one car not two. Unfortunately...
Amazing hotel. Room was fantastic exactly what we were looking for. Loved the option of the laundry facility. The staff were interactive with customers in a positive manner. Overall my favorite stay during our trip.
Pretty hotel with nice dining/bar area. Good breakfast and a very nice room. Located very close to the town center. Overall very clean and nicely decorated.
This is a great hotel. The room is large and very comfortable. The staff have been incredible and the food in the restaurant is fantastic. It’s also incredibly convenient to the city and the bus if you want to explore the county.
