"We were looking for an alternative all-inclusive resort to Turkey or Greece (so we can drive there vs flying). The potential for this resort is huge...it competes very well with the best. Fantastic place to bring young kids! Right on the most beautiful lagoon with so many fun options for the kids to play- water slide, inflatable, snorkeling. Our apartment had two bedrooms, a very well-appointed kitchenette, and a little living room. Easy and beautiful walk into town, or can take a bike taxi or the tourist train. Excellent, kind service. It was great for our family and we’d love to stay here again!
Pros- You cannot get much closer to the beach. Tons of activities (Biking, running, skating, sailing, SCUBA, rtc, etc etc.) very well maintained paths, and beach (no sand though, it`s Croatia). Excellent service in the hotel and great food and prices. We were impressed with the professinalism of the staff. It is only a 10 minute scenic walk to Porec. Cons- The hotel is clean with great service, but the rooms are in much need of a remodel. They have big balconies, but old baths and doors that...
Very good option on staying overnight for solo travelers as the price is not so expensive. Also the cleanliness is great in the room plus large bedding.
Beautiful hotel, the value for the price is remarkable. A bit far from town centre that requires about a half hour walk without a car. Staff are all excellent, and both the breakfast and dinner are great. Overall, incredible experience!

This is the most helpful hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff is beyond amazing and courteous. The location is in the heart of old town Rovinj which is stunning. My husband got sick and the restaurant for breakfast brought food up to our room for no charge. That is SERVICE! I would move in and make this my retirement home if I could. I wish we had stayed longer.
This hotel is 5 stars for a much cheaper price. It is an absolute steal!!
The hotel is a resort hotel. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great. The only issue we had was parking. There were no defined parking spots so cars were parked with a lot of space in between.
There is no reception, so you have to arrange check in ahead of time. We failed to do this, but Rosa was very helpful.
The unit was just right for our stay. Equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom. Great AC, grocery store very close by, lots of dining options and tour operators in the area.
