"O hotel é antigo, mas se encontra em boas condições. Instalações limpas, cama e lençóis de qualidade. Café da manhã ok. Não fica muito distante do centro de Florianópolis. Uma opção ok para uma viagem de negócios. A academia fica praticamente em frente. Uma Pratique muito bem equipada. "
"We(me,my mom and my son)recently stayed at this hotel for two days and was satisfied with my experience. There is a small gym and a warm water swimming pool. Both are clean. Had an exceptional service from a staff member in the dining department. When I requested hot water, he was incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel very welcome. Overall, a fantastic stay!"

we staying in mid-July and along with one other couple were the only people in the hotel. However, the staff was all there and very attentive. The rooms were clean, very modern, and relatively spacious. We had a second floor room with a view of the water, which is ideal. Not all rooms had water views. It was a very nice, small hotel. The breakfast was made-to-order and plentiful. There are many restaurants within a short walk (1 block), so lots of choices. I would definitely go back.

Very clean, quaint hotel, the staff was very helpful Gave us many suggestions a plus was umbrella and chairs for the beach. We definitely recommend it would go back. Location is awesome. Probably connects to the beach four minute walk to all the shops and restaurants specious very user-friendly. I loved it five stars.
