"Chegamos às 2:00 da manhã em Florianópolis e avisei que estavamos a caminho da pousada. A responsável pediu pra ligarmos quando chegássemos na pousada. Liguei e nada de atenderem. Ficamos quase 10 minutos esperando e nada. Por sorte a Uber foi gente boa e nos deixou em um posto de gasolina próximo. Eu estava com 2 crianças de 9 e 10 anos. Depois de várias ligações a responsável atendeu. Conseguimos edtrar na pousada umas 3:00 da manhã.

We absolutely loved this hotel! Everything about it was so well thought out, planned and designed with beauty, naturalness and functionality at it's core. It was comfortable on a cooler rainy day due to the indoor pool, steam room and sauna and on the warm sunny days it was great to have the beautiful beach at your doorstep! Very clean, quaint hotel, the staff was very helpful Gave us many suggestions a plus was umbrella and chairs for the beach. We definitely recommend it would go back. Location is awesome. Probably connects to the beach four minute walk to all the shops and restaurants specious very user-friendly. I loved it five stars.
All the staff went above and beyond to best cater our stay for our honeymoon. Housekeeping was spectacular and non-intrusive, Roman was always available to make all of our requests a breeze, and we always felt at ease when being served by Chris, Sharon, and Ana. The lymphatic and deep tissue massages we had at the ocean spa were amazing! Thank you
we staying in mid-July and along with one other couple were the only people in the hotel. However, the staff was all there and very attentive. The rooms were clean, very modern, and relatively spacious. We had a second floor room with a view of the water, which is ideal. Not all rooms had water views. It was a very nice, small hotel. The breakfast was made-to-order and plentiful. There are many restaurants within a short walk (1 block), so lots of choices. I would definitely go back.
This property isn't located in the tourist area, but down the street in a neighborhood with nice houses. It's very quiet and secluded**, which is exactly what we wanted. There's also a trail that leads to a private beach. There's a really nice seafood restaurant about a half mile away but if you want to be in the thick of things or be walkable to many attractions, then I'd suggest you stay somewhere else. Everything was amazing!!! Near the beach, extremely clean, cozy, well maintained, great staff, very good breakfast etc
The only constructive criticism is that it would be nice to have a mirror being placed in the room. We booked the “family room”, and the only mirror was in the bathroom. It was a bit complicated for the girls to get dressed and put makeup on sharing the same mirror. Everything else was great! We will be back.
