"One of the best hotel options in Vitoria. High quality service as you’d expect from the Sheraton brand, clean and comfortable rooms with great views sea views. Gym and roof top pool area are great (albeit the pool area is fairly compact and can get busy at peak times). Location also very good for everything you need in Vitoria"

After the first day when my air-conditioning was a little fickle, the management and hotel staff were super responsive and moved me into another room while I figured out what was happening with the air-conditioning. Hotel staff was great and room was very nice. Location is on the beach and close to everything. Only con is that there is an additional $R23.00 per day charge that is required to be paid upon check-out.
