"Room was great for only one night. It's nice and spacious and very modern and quirky, although the open shower area with no curtain and harsh flooring and walls made it feel somewhat like an old prison room or something. Room still well equipped with air conditioning, nice tv that you can use for Netflix and Disney+ etc and bed is very comfortable. Overall enjoyed the stay and definitely worth it!"

"Being just steps away from the Central station was a key feature because we traveled to many surrounding cities with the train. Right around the corner is a vast choice of restaurants souvenir shops and it's a few streets away from the city center Grand Place. It really was magnificent and we also had a few dinners at the hotel and though a little pricey it was very good. The breakfast buffet was excellent and it had everything a Canadian would eat for breakfast. We were on the 3rd floor and it was also a very quiet room."

The only issues were some hair on the bathroom walls and a few complimentary creamers and chips that were around two months expired. These are small things that could easily be addressed with a little more attention to cleaning and checking the room items."
