Hotel is great but smoking is a big problem in the hotel, it smells everywhere, day and night. I know everybody smokes in Turkiye and is difficult, but if you are a non-smoker or have respiratory issues (allergies, Asthma) I would not recommend staying here.
Great newly renovated hotel. Very nice rooms and very helpful staff. Mustafa in the front desk is very helpful. All in all very nice clean and liveable place.

The rooms are large. Cleanliness rules. The bed is very comfortable. The staff is terrific. The buffet breakfast is excellent. Parking is available, but under the hotel- levels -3 and -4. It is a challenge to take the turns to go from one floor to another- so do it patiently and carefully. The only issue with the hotel is that the access cards get deactivated daily. The people, the location, the facilities, were all great. Parking was a bit of a challenge but, the awesome guy at the front desk took care of all that. The wonderful manager lady was so charming and helpful. The owner was even there and helped me with travel advice in the areas I was headed to.

Loved how helpful the staff were. Even though I don't speak Turkish, the staff made great effort to understand my questions and help me. I loved the boutique feel of the hotel as well as its location. I walked to many of the tourist hotspots including the archeological museum. Lots of great shopping nearby. The breakfast was okay. The entire stay was great. Great shower, beautiful setting, and the owner and his family made us the most wonderful Turkish breakfast. No one spoke English, but we were able to use Google Translate and non-verbal our way through check-in. It was an authentic Turkish experience.
