"The staff were absolutely friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed linens were spotless, and the bathroom was also very clean.
The breakfast could use a few improvements and more variety, but apart from that, I was genuinely impressed by how clean, well-maintained, and cared-for the hotel was.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for their hospitality!"

"In general, the hotel is OK. It is well located for a business trip, close to the main axis, on the peripheral of Bursa. Unfortunately the spa was in repairing.
We took the breakfast, which was just correct.
Positive : room and bathroom are confortable, bed is correct, no noise from outside, god rate.
Negative : Heating is crazy too high (25°C without possibility to decrease it ! I had to open the window), Noise from the neighbours during the all night."

Great location and great staff. I was happy about my choice. Walkable distance to everything. Perhaps breakfast could be better, but everything else is excellent; totally worth the money.
Very welcoming people, very clean as well. I stayed for one night and just needed a nice comfy bed which I have gotten with my family.
The staff were very helpful even with my broken turkish. Family friendly and the restaurant under it is also very friendly and are glad to help anyone.
They had a nice and clean balcony with a average view but not many people hotels have a balcony so this is also a very big plus.
All in all I would definitely recommend coming here and staying over...
