"The staff were absolutely friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed linens were spotless, and the bathroom was also very clean.
The breakfast could use a few improvements and more variety, but apart from that, I was genuinely impressed by how clean, well-maintained, and cared-for the hotel was.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for their hospitality!"
"The hotel experience at Sheraton Bursa is truly exceptional. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a warm and professional atmosphere that immediately sets a high standard for your stay. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy elegance. Whether it's enjoying a delicious meal at one of their restaurants, unwinding at the spa, or simply taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, every...
"Tesis oldukça güzeldi. Odamız göl manzaralı be balkonluydu. Özellikle ilk bahar ve sonbaharda seyahat edilmesini tavsiye ederiz. Tesis çevresindeki olanaklardan faydalanma açısından güzel olacaktır. Odamızda klima ve küçük ısıtıcı mevcuttu. İkisini de kullandık. Üşümedik. Kahvaltı oldukça doyurucuydu. Tilia restoranda yedik. Restorantlar 7,5 da kapanıyor.(kış ayı oldugu için sanırım) "
"In general, the hotel is OK. It is well located for a business trip, close to the main axis, on the peripheral of Bursa. Unfortunately the spa was in repairing.
We took the breakfast, which was just correct.
Positive : room and bathroom are confortable, bed is correct, no noise from outside, god rate.
Negative : Heating is crazy too high (25°C without possibility to decrease it ! I had to open the window), Noise from the neighbours during the all night."
"İş gezileri için çok uygun bir fiyat performans oteli. Çok temiz ve yeni olması benim tercih sebebim. Sadece konaklamak için temiz düzgün bir otel arayanlara tavsiye ederim. Kahvaltısı da mükemmel değil ama gayet yeterli.
Konum olarak da hemen aşağıda migros, starbucks, ve oturacak mekanlar var. O yüzden de tercih edilebilir."
""Excellent stay! Everything was perfect. The location is amazing, the rooms are very clean, and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!""
"Görükle de, tamamen merkezi konumda bir tesis. Odalar tertemiz. Her hizmet için ayrı ayrı qr kodu bulunuyor oda da.
Temiz ve nezih bulduğum için tavsiye ederim."

"This hotel added an amazing feeling to the holiday itself. The people were so accommodating, the customer service great. The on-site restaurant was also great. A lovely vibe and a family friendly feel. The view of the mountains from the room was lovely to wake up to. The rooms were spacious. The spa facilities were very good and included in the price of the room. It was generally a lovely pleasant relaxed atmosphere. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would be more than happy to go...

Very welcoming people, very clean as well. I stayed for one night and just needed a nice comfy bed which I have gotten with my family.
The staff were very helpful even with my broken turkish. Family friendly and the restaurant under it is also very friendly and are glad to help anyone.
They had a nice and clean balcony with a average view but not many people hotels have a balcony so this is also a very big plus.
All in all I would definitely recommend coming here and staying over...
