The staff with no exception was courteous and helpful. They speak excellent English, so American travelers are made to feel welcome.

The hotel staff was excellent. They helped us find a lovely local restaurant with authentic German food for the area. They helped us book an early morning taxi for the kids so they could make their flight in Hannover. Thr food was delicious. The room was great.
It's a beautiful place and the rooms are well-decorated. When I arrived around 3pm there was no one at the reception desk, so I used to phone on the counter to call as instructed by a sign. Someone from the restaurant checked me in. Every time I went in and out of the hotel there was never anyone at the reception desk (even though the description reads reception is open from 7am-10pm).
