"The property had premium treatment and was very well maintained. The food was great as well and the staff were friendly and ready to assist. I loved the experience at Premier Inn Hotel."
"The Scandic was a great place to stay, very quiet, super well maintained, and awesome staff. The breakfast was the best by far I've ever had in a hotel."
"Old world charm. This was a cute hotel. There was limited free parking but we got a space. The breakfast was good. We use bus and U-bahn to get into the town centre. We enjoyed our stay"
"Great little hotel in a nice area, close to shops and the English Gardens. Sauna is lovely. Small grocery market just next door is very convenient. Our window didn’t open, which was a bummer, but others did so if that’s important to you you can ask. And there were no coffee facilities in the room. But other than that we enjoyed our stay very much!"
"We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions,,staff ,breakfast ,location all fantastic and that’s why we keep returning,,just been there for a week and going back in September ,,,fantastic hotel and supermarket and coffee shop right next to it so handy ,,,love it 😊"

We stayed with our adult children at the Hotel Obermaier during Octoberfest. It was all that we had hoped for. It is a traditional hotel with a good restaurant attached. It is convenient by Metro to downtown Munich. It is much more reasonably priced than closer-in hotels. Our room and bathroom were comfortable. The breakfast was unbelievably generous and delicious. We will definitely stay at the Hotel Obermaier if we are fortunate enough to return to Munich, particularly during Octoberfest.
The hotel was in Old Town Munich. Excellent restaurants steps away. The breakfast was amazing. Loved the bedding and how clean the room was. Absolutely a great choice to stay.
Came for Octoberfest and found this hotel to be reasonably priced. Located further from the city center but the public transportation in Munich is top notch and we were only minutes to the nearest metro station with a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The location itself was in a more residential neighborhood so very quiet and peaceful. The size of our room was bigger than most hotels that are closer to the city center which was another factor for our decision. Hotel staff were super...
Great hotel, clean, well maintained and easy to access by car. A very good value for the rate charged. The rooms are a bit small but beds are comfortable and a good amount of storage areas available in the room. They did over book the night we were there, but they were able to provide the room types we requested.
Great Hotel! Amazing staff as they responded to all request quickly. They even help me find a nail salon close by. VIP room upgrade was amazing! Very clean hotel, amazing gym considering the area. Very quiet, close by all shopping and dining in Marienplatz.
Amazing restaurant with wonderful service. Breakfast buffet is well worth it and a great restaurant for dinner upon arrival. Rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. Great location in a beautiful area!
Great hotel, rooms so nice. Roof top bar was great and view was unbelievable. Service outstanding, didn’t hesitate to hold our bags or accommodate early check-in for tired travelers. We are a family with 3 kids and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Very walkable area.
Nice staff, clean room and great location to where it was easy to access the grocery store and the subway. I love there was a washer and dryer in the room.
Having just arrived from a terrible hotel experience in Paris as part of an extended vacation, checking in to Hotel Metropol was a breath of fresh air. All of the staff was friendly, hospitable, and very helpful but the gentlemen who works the front desk in the afternoon was exceptional!! He provided me with local recommendations of where to go and a map of how to get there, clear and useful instructions for how the hotel works, and his energy and spirit were just so welcoming. I breathed a...
We were unfamiliar with the Westend area, but really liked the neighborhood of this hotel. We chose this hotel because of the area, price and Trip Advisor reviews. We had no complaints with this hotel (other than the fact that it does not have air conditioning, which might be a factor in warmer weather). That being said, we also didn't think there was anything particularly outstanding about the hotel that would separate it from other hotels. But the staff was very helpful and accommodating and...
We picked the end of September to stay at the hotel. Since the hotel does not have air conditioning we were concerned, but at the end of September, the weather was perfect! The room was really cool and they provided a fan before we checked in. Could not have asked for a better hotel. The next night we stayed at a 5 star and Hotel Splendid Dollman was just as good as the 5 star. Would highly recommend. We did stay in the Junior Suite and it was perfect. Clean and beautiful room. The employees who...
This hotel was perfect to stay for 2 nights for Oktoberfest. The location is extremely convenient - less than a 3 minute walk to the entrance of Oktoberfest. The room is pretty small, but served its purpose as we spent most of the time outside our hotel room anyway.
Great location and close to public transit to Munich. Having a parking garage under the hotel is a plus. The Italian restaurant across the street was pretty good too.
This was a very quick trip to Munich, Germany and I couldn't have been happier with this hotel. The location was perfect for me. It was a very easy walk to a train station with a direct line to the airport, a less than ten minute walk to Marienplatz, beer halls, museums, and again the train station that got me to wherever else I wanted to go. I arrived very early, but my room was ready so they let me check in. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was exactly what I like for my trips,...
