Toutes les instructions et informations dont nous avons besoin lors de notre arrivée sont très bien expliquées et permettent d'arriver même tard dans la nuit, ce qui était appréciable.

The area in general is a little sketchy but thst is being right by the train station. But a 20 min walk anf you are in the old port."

We accidentally made our reservation for one day earlier than it should have been. The staff did everything possible to make the needed changes without complaint. They were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Parking was easy, beds were comfortable, area is perfect. Would highly recommend!!

It was just lovely ☺️ super cute boutique vibes and very friendly, helpful staff, and rooms were kept super clean.
Not far from the street car and the metro so we could navigate easily to and from Old Port and beaches day and night - and some cute bars and cafes nearby for when we were lazy, or enjoying apero on our balcony which faced a cute courtyard.
We spent 6 nights here as our home base for exploring Marseille and had a lovely time! Would stay again when visiting Marseille for sure -
As an interior designer, I really appreciated the attention to detail and overall feel of the Blue room. We loved the bathroom most of all, as well as the beautiful windows that let in so much light. Only negative is that the floor in the shower can get extremely slippery, definitely be careful.
Wonderful stay. The staff is super friendly and the service is superb. The hotel is Super stylish, a wonderful combination of modern decor and Provençale vibe.
Great place to stay. Close to the old harbour. Very trendy rooms. No TV, but a great vinyl collection in the common area (I spent one evening listening to Astrud Gilberto on their old school system). Oliver, the host, is awesome. The outside is very unassuming (we walked by it twi
ce), but the interior is very modern and the common space and garden (where you can pick fresh oranges right of the trees for breakfast) is terrific.
We loved this place from the moment we arrived. We were shown to our room which was comfortable and clean, small and simple. We threw open the shutters and windows to catch the cool breeze and sunset. We took a quick swim as the last rays of warm sun shone. We had a wonderful 3 course dinner and wine for two and then breakfast in the morning, both outside and enjoyed the view of the gardens and surrounding fields, all of which were bathed in light reminiscent of a Vangough painting. The Alex Hotel & Spa was booked due to it's close proximity to the train station. The staff upon check-in were helpful & friendly and our room was clean and renovated - it was one of our favorite stays in France! Also, the balcony was a plus and was a great way to relax and unwind after a day of travel while still enjoying the city.
