We accidentally made our reservation for one day earlier than it should have been. The staff did everything possible to make the needed changes without complaint. They were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Parking was easy, beds were comfortable, area is perfect. Would highly recommend!!

The Alex Hotel & Spa was booked due to it's close proximity to the train station. The staff upon check-in were helpful & friendly and our room was clean and renovated - it was one of our favorite stays in France! Also, the balcony was a plus and was a great way to relax and unwind after a day of travel while still enjoying the city.
We enjoyed our stay. Spacious room, aesthetically pleasing, bright space. Prime location & very walkable area. We enjoyed to cafe downstairs for some cheese,wine & to people watch. Would stay here again.
Extremely well located, 2 minutes walk from old port, restaurants. Hotel rooms are well sound proof from all the outside buzz... B minor if you come by car... you will need to find a public parking.

This is a beautiful, classy hotel in a good location near the old port of Marseille. The hotel can be seen from a great distance, and is quite impressive to approach. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive to any need. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, clean and modern. No complaints.
We loved this place from the moment we arrived. We were shown to our room which was comfortable and clean, small and simple. We threw open the shutters and windows to catch the cool breeze and sunset. We took a quick swim as the last rays of warm sun shone. We had a wonderful 3 course dinner and wine for two and then breakfast in the morning, both outside and enjoyed the view of the gardens and surrounding fields, all of which were bathed in light reminiscent of a Vangough painting. Although in the heart of Marseille, C2 was a relaxing, boutique retreat (just over 20 rooms) with friendly staff and comfortable accommodations in a thoughtfully restored former townhouse then office building. I highly recommend Room 1. Walking distance to the harbor, sites and restaurants. But it was tempting to not even leave the hotel.
