"Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and had everything I needed. Water filters on each floor were appreciated. Breakfast was decent. Good location - it was close to the event I was attending but also to easy walk (or taxi) into the city centre. Overall everything was as I expected or better! I would recommend."
"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I could possibly need—from kitchenware to fast Wi-Fi.
What made the experience even better was Sarah at the reception. She was an absolute gem—super friendly, warm, and went out of her way to help.
Highly recommend this place for comfort, convenience, and genuine service."
"This is not my first time in Prague and I really enjoyed it this time too, and part of that was the hotel I chose with the help of Expedia. Amazing location, quiet, close to transportation center, metro, etc., just minutes from a shopping center. Neat and warm staff, fast check-in service. Email service staff was professional enough and provided service exactly when needed. Highly recommend. Thank you"

If you want to give your credit card some exercise, head out to Novy Smichov Shopping Centre in Smichov. Hotels.com travelers also like the museums, art galleries, and cathedral in the area.
Kingdom of Railways is just one of the attractions in Smichov, Prague so you might want to stop by during your trip. If you want to experience more of the culture Prague has to offer, head to Novy Smichov Shopping Centre, Dancing House, and Petrin Funicular.
No elevator made taking luggage to the 3rd floor a little interesting, but that's what it is there. Breakfast was amazing, as was the staff when we checked in.
Nicely located. You can walk to the touristy Old Town, but it's far enough away to avoid the chaos. Staff speaks English well and was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and taxis. Rooms were clean and beds luxurious. Great showers. We didn't eat there, so can't comment on the food. Would definitely stay there again.
The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They have what you need, including tram tickets. They arranged for a hotel taxi to take me to old town square. That became not available, so they called one. They told me it would run about 450 crowns. It cost me 180. The breakfast was terrific and the staff there friendly and patient, given the volume of people. I would also recommend the Indian restaurant adjacent to the hitel, the Taj Mahal. Excellent food and very inexpensive.
Good option for cheap accommodation if you are looking to avoid shared rooms. Ibis is always one of my go to's when i am specifically looking for a basic but comfortable and cheap private room.

Clean rooms, gracious and helpful staff, excellent free breakfast, and gorgeous convenient location!
It really set me up for a great vacation in Prague!
This is the absolute best stay in Prague for a couple. Passionate hotel staff provided us with welcome drinks, went over the city map, and made us dinner reservations (including Michelin star) for the next 3 nights. Room was very well appointed, comfortable beds. Location was so central yet felt like a quiet Sunday which is remarkable considering the throngs of tourists a few blocks over. 5 star boutique vibes at a very reasonable rate. Your partner will think you are a hero if you book here,...
What a wonderful hotel! We would definitely stay here again, and we've already recommended the hotel to others.
Beyond the welcoming and informed staff, the comfortable room, and the delicious food, we truly enjoyed the impressive art. Loved the music theme and had a great time trying to guess the various artists.
I usually don’t right reviews, but I am extremely pleased with this hotel if you go to Prag definitely consider this hotel. Extremely clean well located delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. I had a very pleasant day.
I booked this hotel based on ratings on Expedia and Tripadvisor. When I arrived, I was greeted with drinks and a tour of the hotel, as well as a detail introduction of attractions and activities in Prague. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on a hill that looks down on the picturesque view of old town Prague. From the hotel, most attractions are within 20-30 min walking distance. Food is excellent in the hotel and worth the price, although you have many choices...
