The staff was extremely attentive and professional. Each visitor was greeted with a warm smile and a pleasant voice. The Radisson Blu Dortmund is an excellent run hotel.

Perfect location for BVB match

The hotel is a charming old farm property run by a family. The people were very friendly and all spoke English, at least enough to get by. The room was large and had everything we need. The beds were twins, which was not what we expected but were fairly comfortable. The pillows are huge but collapse down to nothing. There were not bed sheets over the fitted sheet, just a comforter. As is the case with many places in Germany, there is no air conditioning but it was comfortable to sleep with...

Everyone was so friendly and helpful and nice. The rooms were roomy clean and roomy. The location was excellent. The breakfast had nice choices would stay there again.
