"Nice Room and Staff "

"Good sized room with amazing view of the mountains and incredible sunsets. The room and hotel generally are very well maintained and clean. Reception staff always efficient and friendly. The restaurant staff could be more welcoming with the exception of Fatima who was a ray of sunshine at breakfast - very efficient and always smiling. The choices at breakfast were excellent with table service for hot food and pots of tea and coffee which is so much better than the hot drinks machines. The 3...

"Staff at the hotel were welcoming and courteous. Can’t fault the hotel in any way, spotlessly clean and nice room. It is a bit out of the way so a car is recommended but as a base to get around it is perfect. 5 minutes to the GC1 which links the capital Las Palmas to the sunny resorts and beaches in the south, about a 30 minute drive away. "Pet friendly, Well they have a dog and two cats so yes they love there pets. Stayed a week and room cleaned and bed changed on request. Always pleased to do this straight away. Very friendly couple nothing too much trouble. I had a very relaxing week plane spotting. All rooms 3 on ground floor and breakfast kitchin. Upstairs rooftop outside view of planes landing and possible to go up two more levels. Good sitting area plus small cafe area. I had evening meal. Snacks drinks all served there."

"A wonderful, traditional venue set in amazing grounds surrounded by banana trees. The dining area is obviously the original stables and I could imagine the cows and horses eating and drinking there, back in the day. A superb ' get away from it all' hacienda which is a short drive to Arucas or 5 euros in a taxi. "
