"Amazing historic hotel in the heart of Chicago"

"Stayed here because it was very convenient. Right across the street from the auditorium theater. St. Patrick’s Day parade, the next day, not far from the hotel. Very walkable. Terrific room with a great view, only downside it was chilly in the room, would love to have had more heat."

"Close to Grant Park and the Loop. Very clean and staff were friendly. We felt safe in the area and the hotel help our luggage on our last day while we visited museums. We will definitely come back and stay here!"

Very comfortable room with a bed that feels like sleeping on a cloud. The tub was unexpectedly long with a separate shower. Great valet service, very safe parking. Most of all… Safe!"
