But what I noticed most (and my husband agrees) is the warm and professional staff—from reception, to restaurant staff, to every housekeeping person we interacted with. This hotel is clearly well managed and staff are hired and/or trained for genuine hospitality. I highly recommend the Chicago Michigan Avenue Omni to others."

"What a cute hotel right in the middle of everything. The staff is great, the location is ideal, and it's a walking distance to Magnificent Mile, Oak St beach (very popular in the summer!) Navy Pier and many other things. My sleep quality was excellent. Love the seating area/coffee/bar on the ground floor. Only gripes: Sometimes the internet is not the strongest. And checkout is noon, but housekeeping starts knocking at 11am. Other than that, everything was great."
