"The location of the hotel is excellent - right in the heart of Modena. The room was very clean and tidy. Very comfortable to stay in. Staff were friendly and helpful, assisting us with booking taxis. One strange thing was that we were asked to drop keys off at reception when leaving the hotel. This wasn't too big of an issue, as they were staffed 24/7 and they were quick to return the keys when we got back. It did make us feel less able to come and go as we please for a few minutes at a time, though."
