Excellent place to stop for the night. It's close to some shopping, and only 15-20 minutes from the Melbourne airport. The room was clean, cool, and comfortable, and they offered complimentary access to the full gym and pool which is located right next to the hotel. The hotels.com ad said breakfast was included in the rate. When I went to check out, the desk attendant told me that it is never included in the rate, but that they would honor the hotels.com ad. I came to drop off my bag since my arrival to Melbourne was so early. Turns out that they had a room already ready at 9am and let me check in. I barely slept on the flight and I was exhausted so this was such a relief and I appreciate their kindness! Plus next day I overslept for the check out but they were nice about it as well. Thank you so much! Very nice hotel with clean rooms and convenient location.

I didn’t arrive at the Hotel until after 3am and checked out early, so wasn’t really there long enough to really rate the Hotel properly. I slept through breakfast so missed that. But definitely want to give a big shout out to the fellow on the Reception. Once I got up to my room for whatever reason my combination lock on my suitcase would not unlock and I was getting quite upset as I couldn’t open it. Bed was super comfy and made gor a relaxing night pre-travel.

Very helpful friendly staff. We had booked a penthouse but when we realised it had a steep staircase to the bedroom we asked to change to a room with one level as I have a bad hip. It was no trouble and we were soon in a more appropriate suite, with a large bedroom, a lounge and a good sized kitchen. We had a lovely 4 night stay at the Adina.

Great location, comfortable room, no complaints

Family friendly, great location and lovely staff. The kids loved the games that were set out daily on the tables after breakfast and the lolly buffet was a hit. Free fresh apples at the entrance was a ealtht homely touch. With the tram stopping out the front and the station within a short walking distance it was an ideal place to stay. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room exceeded expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities offered. Location was ideal for travel to both St. Kilda and the CBD. Staff members were kind and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate booking the property on a future Melbourne visit.
