The location of the Pullman Brisbane Airport could not be more convenient or more easily accessed from the Brisbane Airport Terminals by either talking the walkway from the airport or taking one of the transport options located at the hotel. The Pullman also offers a convenient morning shuttle to the terminal offering a variety of different times for guests. The restaurant at the hotel offers cuisine that is outstanding - whether for entertaining guests or just for breakfast - in a very pleasant...

I was in Brisbane for 28 hours, arriving at 5 am on a red eye flight from Perth, flying to the US the next morning. I dropped my bags at the hotel and took an Uber into town, returning around 3 pm. Dropping off the bags at 6 am was seamless and pedestrian access to the hotel was reasonably good (although it's a bit of a hike from the train station or domestic terminal, with less than perfect signage). The room was well appointed, especially the blackout blinds on the two windows, the mattress...

Close to airport and nice staff.

Convenient location to BNE.

This place is a gem. The room was modern. Spacious and very clean. Check-in was very easy and fast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We flew in from overseas and had to get Rapid Antigen Covid test kits but because we came in very late it would've been impossible to find a place to go buy these test kits late at night. We phoned reception at the hotel the day before and asked if they know where we would be able to buy these test kits at night. The lady at reception (Helen) offered...

Location and proximity to many amenities, 24/7 restaurant on Ground floor, Customer Service.

Clean room, spacious, good shower pressure.

Best stay ever! The hotel staff were over the top accommodating to us and treated us like royalty - we stayed here twice and LOVED every minute! Super close to the ferry system and restaurants. Everyone was so helpful and friendly to us. The rooms we got were super clean and fully stocked for us. They have an adorable cafe just off the lobby where you can ever sit outside and enjoy the sounds and sun of the surroundings.

Great having a breakfast

Everything was amazing about my stay, from the helpful staff, easy parking undercover and excellent food I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to my friends & colleagues Many thanks Paul

It was a wonderful stay. Great room, quiet, clean, kitchenette with dinning table and chairs. Very comfortable! I will be back next time I am in Brisbane.

It was perfect for our family for a quick overnight stay but would have been happy longer there. Don't expect a fancy hotel lobby though. Shops across the street, it is right on a corner. Very friendly staff. Very clean rooms and plenty of to and towels and toiletries. Very roomy. We had our 4 kids and received a 2 bedroom apt able to sleep 6 for less than the price of one regular room at standard hotel. Great bakery across the street. Thanks Prince of Wales staff!!

I had booked a hostel and could no longer take sharing a room. Hostel single rooms are the same as a nice room in a hotel. Hotel Diana was a breath of fresh air. Arrived around 10am, check-in was at 2pm. They accommodated me and I was in my room by 11am. Came with a bottle of wine (okay because it was free) for VIP members. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean. Television was easy to work. Offered lots of services in and around the hotel. A little loud in the evening as there is a...

The room was spacious. The staff was so helpful in giving us tips how to get to CBD. So glad we picked this hotel.

Handy location close to beach , shops and cafes .
