Location was good. Parking was very good. Staff was very helpful.

Excellent location for our planned activities in and around the city.

We stayed here our first stay in Brisbane and my husband was very upset I hadn't booked it on our return when we came back just to catch our flight back to the states. I booked next to the airport and won't make that mistake again.

Rooms were lovely & clean. Air conditioning was nice & cool. Great room

The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, hot water kettle and dishes. The room was clean and also had a washer/dryer in the bathroom which I loved. We checked in after hours and had limited interaction with the staff but the few times they were friendly. The only thing that I noticed that could have been better is the carpet in the hallway from the elevator to our room appeared to have not been vacuumed while we were there. I had booked a hostel and could no longer take sharing a room. Hostel single rooms are the same as a nice room in a hotel. Hotel Diana was a breath of fresh air. Arrived around 10am, check-in was at 2pm. They accommodated me and I was in my room by 11am. Came with a bottle of wine (okay because it was free) for VIP members. Perfect stay and location especially if you have a car.

Our stay at Rydges was perfect! The room was lovely and the river view was spectacular! There is much within walking distance and lots to do in the area.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful my stay was. The staff were brilliant, kind and helpful. The hotel room was beautiful and had everything you would expect and more. The in-room dining for dinner and breakfast was first class. Thank you for such a restful and first class experience.

Everything was wonderful

The hotel is very nice. I specifically booked this hotel because it stated on the booking website that it had an airport shuttle; highlighting this as "a rare find". Very disappointed to find on our arrival that it did not have a shuttle and cost an additional $80 in transport fees. Our room was a fabulous king suite with balcony views. The location was excellent. We stayed just one night before flying out the next morning so we did not have time to enjoy the hotel as much as we'd like.

Check in was easy, friendly staff, we were upgraded to a room on 20th floor, with the best view of the Brisbane River. Room was on a small size to unpack or move around, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good and tasty, coffee from the coffee machine was the best we ever had! Overall, we really enjoyed our 3 nights stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency and we are strongly recommending it.
