Beautiful room, we loved the balcony overlooking the marina and bathtub! One issue we had which was a bit of a bummer is the hotel lost power about an hour into our stay, so we spent the rest of the night in the dark because we were offered either just stay with no power and no refund, or leave to go somewhere else with a refund, but there were no other places available that late in the day.
The staff is friendly and helpful! The breakfast is delicious and is served by the poolside with sunshine and a golf course. The most amazing thing is the greetings from the kagoroos on the hotel's golf course. The restaurant offers live music and wonderful choices of food. The room is clean and spacious. Also, it is close to Perth’s attractions! The hotel is suitable for families and business travelers.
Spotless, private, friendly. Clean crisp white sheets and towels and couldn’t do enough to help. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. I have stayed many times.
Very quiet location, yet close to all the action. Our apartment was very large and had everything we needed to feel like home. The room was very clean and the front desk staff were helpful. We will stay again!
Had a wonderful stay, upon check in with Chelsey who was very sweet and patient and just overall very accommodating. Also Andrew, thank you so much for helping me choosing rooms. Btw a tip for everyone, if you want the ocean view rooms, you MUST pay for the upgrade, is worth it! Or else you won't get it. Hotel is near a nice Boardwalk full of activities and shops. It's a bit far from the city and taxis can be expensive going in to the city. No on site gym but not necessary when you can run along...

Red cat is just stone throw away to the city, Watertown is a block away that you definitely want to visit, and there is the yellowcat.
Only thing they could improve is to offer late check out.
I am very happy with this nice chalet of 5 - it's a small 2-room chalet but very nice and clean. It has a shared bathroom and separate toilet, which is convenient for so many of us. It has a private parking bay, small kitchen with cooking facilities and 3 units of air conditioners (cold & heating) - one in each room, and one more in the living room. It's strategically located in the vineyard town, and there are many restaurants nearby (close driving distance). I highly recommend this hotel...
Loved everything about the Alex, but as usual, it was the people that made the real difference... Cool and "hip", but unpretentious and very comfortable. Probably one of the best locations I've ever experienced in a hotel, with great restaurants one block away and great museums one block in the other direction. Will be back!
loved this! Great location by the stairs and the park, washer/dryer were a huge bonus as we were there for an extended time. walking to the station and Elizabeth Quay was easy.
Nice clean rooms, bed was comfy, breakfast was bang on, only thing that was disappointing was I needed a larger plate fir my Chicken Caesar Salad but when I went to ask for one they said they don't do that, so some of my Salad ended up on the floor.
