This is a relatively new, beautifully furnished hotel in a central location on the Swan River next to the University of Western Australia (UWA). Our room faced the river, had a nice balcony, well-designed space, plenty of storage, and a nice large bathroom. The open-air hallways in our wing provided plenty of fresh air. Perfect location in Fremantle for heading out to Rottnest Island. Helpful staff and love the neighborhood. And there is plenty of free parking.

Beautiful building. Lovely staff. Boisterous night life in the neighborhood and could hear thrum of music from bar downstairs but never enough to keep us awake. Highly recommend.

Beautiful accommodations

Overall, this property was excellent. The location is close to the Kings Park and we could down from Kings Park to the Mounts Bay Village area through the Jacob's Ladder which is the short cut without using the bus service. The only drawback was the unstable wifi. Wifi was very unstable in the bedroom. It was better in the dining room but it was still unstable.

Great hotel in a great location. Lovely staff. Breakfast was limited to yogurt and bread, but it was good. The room was roomy and well-appointed for the price.

I enjoyed my stay here, I spent four nights at the hotel for a business trip. The essentials were all there, a good iron, ironing board, lots of outlets, good free wifi access. In addtion to that, I had a large bed, the room was quite large and spacious with a window looking out over a central area (not a courtyard in the attractive sense), I was on the 5th floor. The peekaboo bathroom had a window into the room, had both a jet tub and a separate shower, WC, and plenty of space. The shower...
