Fridge, tea kettle and all necessary amenities like plates, cups, spoons and forks, and separate table available to have a breakfast or drink some vine with friend.
Air-conditioned but it was not necessary to use in the night because we just left windows open to have fresh air."

"This apartment hotel is in a great location. Located at a hill and there are many restaurants right at the bottom of the hill which is around 10 mins walk and the walk is very nice.
The unit itself is space efficient and has everything described. The host is very responsive and friendly.
We slept very well there and value is great.
We would highly recommend this place to everyone staying in Kyiv!"

"Everything was easy, from booking to arrival (call them to get key), to updates to my departure. The place was not exactly the same unit pictured but had similar accommodations and didn’t realize there were so many units so makes sense. Very clean and comfortable, and great location for me and my travel partner.
Recommend if you are looking for an apartment with kitchen instead of a standard hotel!"
"Considering the apartments are in the midst of an ongoing war, it is impressive to see how the gated community has adapted to enforce curfew, have excellent facilities, restaurants and playgrounds on site. Great apartment, excellent shower, TV, comfy bed, washing machine, kettle all you need! "
"I ended up staying at the Greguar Hotel, where the key pick-up location was. The room had everything you need - a comfortable bed, a mini kitchen, a normal hotel bathroom, and a washing machine - good for long and short term stays. Very friendly staff and good internet. The hotel is a block from the metro and very near the main train station and main bus station - a quick taxi ride away."

We stayed at this hotel because the reviews were so good and because of the location so close to the Maidan. Turns out the reviews were quite accurate. Everything was great. The room was clean and spacious. Everything in the bathroom was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful and very security conscious. Only a few steps from Maidan. Worth the money.
I stayed for 6 days at the Senator Victory Square. It was a fantastic experience.
The hotel staff is superb, always ready to help, and made thing very easy.
The restaurant is a hidden gem. Food was fantastic, service impeccable, and atmosphere terrific.
