Hotels in Southwest Calgary

"Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. I will stay here again on my next trip to Calgary."

"Rooms were clean. staff was good but they need someone on the front desk that knows how to give directions in Calgary. Casino was ok, food was great in all restaurants. will go back in the future."

"The property was very clean, but in an area that is a bit difficult to access. I was greeted by two staff members, one was professional, while the other was very nice. The amenities were great for the price. The distance to downtown was not too bad. If given the opportunity to stay again, I would. Although I rated the place as 4 of 5 stars, it's more like 4.5 stars."

"Good location if your going to the Calgary Stampede."

"Great staff, location and access to both Calgary and the run to Banff/Lake Louise. Will always choose to stay here! "

"The breakfast was an exceptional buffet. Hot tub a pleasing temperature. Staff helpful, friendly and quick. We asked for an extra blanket and one arrived within minutes. Short stay but definitely one to be repeated"

"This was a one night stay to be in Calgary for an early morning interview at the US Consulate. This hotel is perfectly suited for US Consulate visits as it is on the same street. We actually walked the entire way and back as our exercise. The staff is super helpful and professional. I will choose this hotel whenever I have business in Calgary. The rates are very reasonable. Usually you get what you pay for but we got more than what we paid for. If you have some large luggage to haul to...

"Great location to the stampede"

"Out of the way beautique hotel right in Calgary. A quiet, comfortable place, with great staff, clean & comfy rooms and excellent F&B offerings. Only stayed one night, but will come back again, only for longer. "

"Very centrally located. Good parking. Clean room. Friendly staff. Nice continental breakfast that was not expected and greatly appreciated. Nothing fancy but well priced and suitable for a basic personal or business stay in Calgary."

"We had a fantastic family stay at Nef’s property! The location is excellent, within walking distance of several restaurants and a great local park that the kids loved. The home is impeccably maintained and very well-equipped. We stayed in the basement unit, which offered great privacy with its own washroom and a kitchenette stocked with everything you’d need (Brita, coffee machine, microwave, and fridge). We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the welcome candies and the fully stocked...

"Not as bad as some of the other reviews. Air conditioning worked well, the room was very clean. Staff was friendly. I would stay here again."

"Great deal for a simple quick stay. No frills but great price. "

"The initial welcome was excellent. Access and parking at the property was well explained. Our bags were retrieved from our car and delivered to our room. The rooms were almost soundproof through the night in spite of being just off of memorial drive. A reasonable walk to the Kensington shopping and entertainment district. The hostess, Kim, was very friendly and helpful with the breakfast offerings in the morning. We have no problem in recommending this B&B to anyone visiting Calgary."

"Stay was really excellent, love to stay back in future."

"When I am in Calgary, this hotel is conveniently located to where I need to be. It is always welcoming, comfortable and close to amenities."

"nice place, very lovely host"

"Area is very new so there’s not many restaurants near by. But other than that it was nice"

"We had a wonderful experience at the Sandman Calgary South. The hotel was clean & modern and the staff was incredibly welcoming as soon as we entered the door. We had a wonderful stay and will be sure to stay again the next time we pass through Calgary."
